Elena Hotel

Espectacular!! La ubicación es inmejorable, muy céntrico y te permite caminar a todos lados. La playa la tenes enfrente lo cual es práctico. Te prestan sombrilla para que la puedas usar. La habitación estaba impecable. La dueña (o al menos es la chica que nos recibió) es una genia! Super amable, dispuesta, amorosa. Nos explicó un montón de cosas y siempre estuvo a las órdenes. Su mamá es una divina también. Nos hicieron sentir súper cómodas. Recomiendo 100%

The location was right in the center of the promenade. Each request was responded to promptly and efficiently. The bathroom facilities are very small.

Location We booked this property because it advertised parking. When we arrived, the host personally guided us where to park. A few hours later, while I was out for dinner with my family, the host contacted me to move the car so someone could exit. I went back, which was very inconvenient, only to be met with an aggressive person swearing at me and saying I wasn’t supposed to park there. This was very upsetting, especially since the host was the one who directed me to that spot. In the end, I had to pay for separate parking. The room itself was also disappointing — very old, small, and not well looked after. Initially, we decided not to complain about it, but after the parking incident, the whole experience felt ruined. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

Location is fantastic! Close to the bus stop, and right off the waterfront promenade and public beach. Spacious apartment with comfy bed and nice balcony. Good little kitchenette area and good size fridge. Elena was super helpful and easy to communicate with, she let us check in early and got us on the Butrint bus.

Everything was perfect for me . There was a small kitchen so I could have my cup of tea but the most wonderful part was the friendliness of the staff. I was taken to the bus station to buy a ticket for the next leg of my trip. 11 Stars

Elena is the best at hospitality. we left a short in the room and we're coming back to stay a few days later and she had the shirt waiting for us in the room. excellent t at communicating as well.

Elena was super helpful amd communicated directly thru what's app. we arrived early and she was able to have our room ready so we could drop off the bags at noon.

Situated off the main promenade right in the tourist heart of Saranda. Very noisy thru the night with no sound insulation between rooms and building work starting at 8am. Balcony looked out onto the backs of a complex of other hotels. No scenic view here.

The hotel had a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with amazing views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was great , no complaints!

Hotel Elena has a perfect location—right on the promenade, so you have everything nearby, which is really convenient. There’s parking behind the hotel, but keep in mind that there are time restrictions due to promenade rules. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Overall, a great experience, and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at Elena Hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room had a flat tv, air conditioning and the bed was cozy. The bathroom was sleek and spotless, with a spacious walk-in shower. Everything was well-maintained, and the provided toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right by the beachfront, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the free parking was a huge convenience. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here—great value for the quality and price! Also, the staff was friendly and always willing to help, making my experience even better!

I had an amazing stay at Elena’s hotel! The room was exceptionally clean,spacious,modern with balcon overlooking the Ionian Sea. The bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning, and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel’s location near the beach and city center makes it ideal for exploring. The combination of a central location, comfortable room and attentive service made my stay memorable at Elena’s hotel!
