Host was very kind and helpful! Everything was as described and comfortable.

It’s very centrally located, just steps from the ferry terminal and major beach promenade. On a street with a large selection of restaurants. Where do I begin? I walked by it multiple times because there is no facade or signage. The checkin is a tiny bodega with a tiny window that faces the street. No lobby. My room was the first one on the first floor. You have to climb an uneven, slippery stone staircase to get to all the rooms. No elevator. A real challenge with luggage. My room had no hot water for most of the day when I checked in. The room is next to a sketchy “restaurant” where I never saw any customers, but the owners(?) congregated all day/night on the terrace speaking loudly. Their approx 6 yr old boy had temper tantrums multiple times, day and night. My tiny bathroom could barely fit one person in it. The light constantly flickered on and off. When showering, the entire space was sprayed wet. The towels were like sandpaper. The door handle fell off and was never repaired. My balcony had a huge, rusty water tank suspended above, which leaked on to my drying beach clothes one day After returning from the beach one day, I found the owner on my balcony trying to repair the tank. He said because of the repairs needed, the hot water would again be out all day. I would have expected some sort of compensation, but got not even an apology. They fully charged me on my arrival, so they already had my money. A real travesty of a place. I will never trust or book via Booking.com again and will seek restitution for my horrible stay at this place which Booking promotes.

The proximity to the ferry port, it is literally infront of the port which is convenient on a super hot day. Not that saranda is a hilly town so the other hotels can be steeply uphill, this one is on the road across the port.. to steps involved. The location and the hospitality is the best thing about it. The views are also amazing. The bed is on the softer side but still comfortable.

We booked two Triple bed rooms. It was in December and the owner is in the amidst of renovating the rooms. The owners Eddy & Alma was nice and friendly. However the rooms were not ready. The heater was working on 1st day and stopped working on 2nd day. We requested for additional blankets. Location is good. Opposite ferry terminal to Corfu island. Overall we do enjoyed our stay. This will be a good place to stay once they have fully renovated.

The perfect place after a very long travel day from Athens! Right by the ferry terminal, super lovely staff who gave me a free drink from their convenience store as I was clearly dehydrated haha and very comfortable beds, spacious room, nice view. I left something in the room and they kept it for me until I could pick it up almost two weeks later. Thank you so much! Nothing!

So close to the port, and the owners are so friendly. It’s on the main road so the car horns might bother some people.

It is a newly renovated hotel with big rooms and basic amenities. The AC is silent and functioning very well, and the bed is very comfortable. 1. To enter the hotel, you need to go up a ramp of stairs, which is not very convenient if you travel with a lot of luggage (or if you are impaired). 2. Our room was located next to a bar, which was very noisy at night (I had to sleep with earplugs). 3. The breakfast service, currently served in a bar under the hotel, needs significant improvement. The options are limited, and the presence of flies can be off-putting.
