It's small hotel and manager did everything to please us. Breakfast was perfect, homemade pancakes and croissants

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the showers on the lower floors are weaker, we had a room on the top floor and on the 4th floor, the top floor showerhead pressure was great but the lower floor showerhead was weak. Breakfast is a bit dull but satisfies hunger.

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Room was clean and although we stayed two nights they (unnecessarily) changed towels. Very comfortable mattress. Good breakfast, attentive staff. We had a parking spot for our car in front of the hotel.

The location was very good, just 5 minutes to the water and many good restaurant choices. The host was exceptional, even with the language barrier. At breakfast she made sure we had everything we wanted to eat and drink and went above and beyond when she did our laundry for us!

Excellent on all accounts and great value. The owner takes personal care of you even though it is a good size hotel. The breakfast was great considering the varied tastes of the international guests. Not applicable

Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Room felt like new. I made a mistake and left my meds behind me, I discovered this when I was in Berat and moving to Tirana the following day. I was hoping for express post, but they came up with the idea to put it on the bus from Sarande to Tirana. I just had to pick it up from bus driver. I can't thank them enough. ***** Rating

The location is perfect, their ate very kind a d helpful and the breakfast has a lot of variety, it is really good.

The location is excellent. Very close to all restaurants, nightlife, and boat departures. Also a 10-minute walk from the port, where you can catch a ferry to Corfu. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. There is no shower screen, so the bathroom becomes wet after a shower.

Perfect location, breakfast full of options, room clean and cozy. Oresti the owner spoke good english and italian and was the best host we ever had, he was super friendly and available for every need. For the price range, it's really impossible to get better!

Excellent breakfast, I think the best in our whole stay in Albania Very limited parking space. If you move the car forget it you will find close parking. Then again we stated in August during the peak season, maybe it is a different situation in the shoulder months.
