Our stay at Hotel Vila Kapllani in Saranda was great experience. The hotel is in a quiet area but just a few minutes from the beach and the center, which made everything easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was really welcoming and helpful. It felt relaxed and personal—just what I was looking for. I’d definitely stay there again.

The room was large with a lot of natural light as it was a corner unit studio with two balconies. There was sun from early morning till late afternoon. The room was spacious and clean. I had reserved a studio with a kitchenette and they first gave me a smaller room with only beds in it, not even a chair or a desk. Eventually, they moved me to the studio I had reserved. The water was rarely hot in the mornings, just luke warm, though it was hot in the evenings. The internet kept going on and off during the day when I was in Zoom meetings. There was supposed to me a reception desk for the hotel, but it was closed the whole time I was there. There was noise from the roof of the hotel as dogs were kept on it. I could hear therm running at different hours of the night.
