Great location, very clean, spacious room, friendly staff

Hotel is clean and the decor is very bright and modern. Service in the hotel is amazing; whenever we asked for something, we instantly get a response. Great location as well! Very close to the boulevard. A minute walking distance.

Didn't like that there was no elevator. Also, my balcony was adjoining the next room's balcony. No privacy at all. Also, if you go onto balcony, be careful not to close the door. There is no handle on the outside of door.

Our room was very nice: clean, smartly designed with good storage options, solid doors and windows, and A/C that worked great. Even though we were right in the middle of things close to the port, our water-facing room was quiet -- we could see the bumper car concession across the street but couldn't hear it. Good communication with staff. We were there off-season so breakfast was not available, but there were several nearby options. Close to markets, restaurants, ATMs, and the waterfront is right there. Shower ran low on hot water after a few minutes. A few hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

Central location, spacious and very beautifully designed room.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating upon our arrival, the day we arrived the street to go down to the hotel was closed so Nick meet us and drove my car down to the hotel and parked it (HUGE life saver! My car was stick shift and I was terrified of driving through those narrow roads). We were also able to check in a few hours early since we were one of the few people staying at the hotel. Our rooms were right next to each other, comfortable and spacious. You could also see the sea from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay and how friendly the staff was. Overall, I loved my stay, but the towels were a bit worn.

Everything about this place was GREAT! Location, room design, view, breakfast we absolutely loved everything. I have travelled for years for both work and holidays but I have hardly experienced similar hospitality. The owner Erisa went above and beyond with the service she offered. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean, perfect location and lovely host.

The noise from the street was easily heard in the rooms, and it did affect my ability to fall asleep some nights. I could hear traffic, people out for the evening, and loud music being played by nearby restaurants.

Staff was very kind and welcoming and the room was spacious and spotless!

I had the pleasure of being among the first guests at this beautifully newly renovated hotel in Saranda, and I can say it exceeded all expectations. This hotel is a perfect blend of modern elegance and warm, authentic Albanian hospitality. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, combining natural textures with décor that feels both luxurious and calming. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and our room offered amazing sea views. The owner was very friendly and organised for us some amazing tours and she made herself available for every request we had. We are definitely coming back!
