Coffee is not included with the breakfast and smoking everywhere in restaurant.

We stayed here last year and this hotel is to notch! Everything from the location to the amazing breakfast! Malo, the owner is so welcoming as are all of the staff! The rooms are absolutely beautiful and roomy! The location is perfect, close to the ocean, beach, lots of bars and restaurants as well as the port. Thank you malo and all of your staff! We will try to get back someday! Nothing!

4️⃣ Simple & Elegant:

New hotel and the room was super clean. The staff were wonderful—Malo, who takes care of the hotel and guests, and Vasula, who manages the restaurant and breakfast. They really added value to my trip ?? Maybe the location is a bit far from the beachfront, and the road is inclined since Saranda slopes upward from the beach.

The building is really nice. Close to the center. Next to bars and restaurants and the main center. Breakfast was good The room was very small for three people. Was very humid, had not enough ventilation. There was no place to hang the towels. And it had no mirror For breakfast you can have only black coffee for free. If you want another kind of coffee, you have to pay for it.

Modern, clean, comfortable and very large rooms. This is like a 5 star hotel. Excellent customer service and breakfast. Onsite parking. Meters away from the waterfront. Nothing

The accommodations are brand new and comfortable, and staff were accommodating and helpful. It's a bit informal, but everything was clean and well arranged. They could add hangers in the closet and a place to hang face towels, but I guess it's recently opened, so these small details will be added soon. The hotel has only 6 spots in their garage, even though they advertise all the 12 rooms as having a parking spot. One of the afternoons, after a day-long tour, we return to find no parking spots. A hotel staff asked us to park on a peeble area just in front, but a nail furou our tire. It coasted around 10€ to fix it, which they should have reimbursed, as it happened in the area they were improvising as an extra space for the official parking (which is small and difficult to park bigger cars). Also, for the first time after traveling in 40 countries, coffee not included in the breakfast and charged as an extra.

Very beautiful and comfortable room and in a very good place. The staff was so helpful and kind.

Clean modern, great location

The room was so spacious and very clean. It was regularly maintained and the staff made sure we had a good stay. The balcony was so good with great views. Special shout out to Malo and Vasula for taking extra efforts to provide us vegetarian breakfast. They were really friendly and made sure we felt comfortable. They were ready to help us with any need anytime. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone who's planning to come to Saranda.

new hotel, rooms look like in the picture. The only thing is that I arrived in the off-season, and there were some nuances, but I think that this will be fixed by the beginning of the high season. The door in the bathroom cabin and the Internet does not always work. But the hotel itself is new, clean, good location, easy access to restaurants, shops and beaches, the port. Very nice and friendly people at the reception, high recommendation
