The only issue we had was the AC did not cool the room enough for us but the staff did offer us a fan and that was perfect.

This is our 2nd time here and I will only be staying here when traveling for my son to get to Ringling College. Staff - amazing! Room - amazing! Amenities - amazing!

I rented this place to explore the Sarasota/ Lido Beach area and although it’s 15 mins from beaches, it was an amazing stay. The place was extremely clean, spacious and even offered free hot breakfast. You can’t ask for more when traveling with kids.

The room was excellent. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was amazing. The standards for service, cleanliness, and the free breakfast over several days, were consistent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spent the weekend here for our anniversary. They have the friendliest staff. We were greeted with smiles the moment we walked in! Check-in was such a breeze. We appreciated the complimentary cookies they provided the evening of our arrival. We loved the morning breakfast! It was delicious! We will be back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a great place to stay

This is, without question, the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Spotless is an understatement. Every hallway, common area, and guest room was immaculate. Everything looked brand new, and I even saw a staff member touching up a wall with fresh paint. It’s obvious they take great pride in maintaining the property. The complimentary cookies served every evening were a delicious bonus. My king room was exceptionally well designed. The bathroom was separate from a large walk-in closet that included a second vanity and sink for getting ready. The closet also had a pocket door, creating a private dressing area. It’s a brilliant layout—one person can use the bathroom, another can get dressed in the bedroom, and another can get ready in the closet at the same time. The location was perfect—about 10–15 minutes from St. Armands Circle and a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to visit. The hotel felt quiet, safe, and exceptionally well cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sarasota.

This is a must. Very peaceful, clean, affordable, and the staff deliver exceptional customer service. Perfect for families. They also serve cookies daily and a nice variety for breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and not too far from the beach.

Exceptional

This was probably one of the cleanest hotels I have been to in my life. The staff takes great care in presentation, cleanliness, and friendliness. I liked everything. People should know that it is a dry hotel, so if you are someone that likes an adult beverage, you would have to go slightly down the road as this hotel does not provide that. It did not reflect negatively on our stay at all! The food was amazing here as well as the staff as mentioned before.

Staff is very friendly from check-in to checkout. Nice swimming pool with plenty of chairs. The Der Dutchman restaurant on site that serves great Amish cooking and the baked goods are mouthwatering. Full service for cleaning every day. Breakfast was excellent. Hot and fresh everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Don’t know why it’s only rated 3 stars. I’ve stayed at more expensive and higher rated places that doesn’t even compare to this one. This is the second time and it will be a third and more. Believe me you will NOT be disappointed.
