Nasty place, Don’t stay there.

There was very poor lighting leading to our studio, making it difficult and stressful to find the room at night. Once inside, we found a very large and extremely noisy A/C unit for such a small room. Basic amenities were also missing: no soap or shampoo, and although there was a coffee maker, there were no cups. The next day we discovered that the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. In such a small studio, this made using the bathroom extremely uncomfortable. We reported it, but it was never repaired. Our bed was never made either. They eventually brought shampoo, but still no coffee cups. The front desk staff seemed unable to resolve anything without manager approval, yet the manager never came to speak with us or solve the problems. We made an effort to take a few days off to relax, but instead we paid to feel more stressed. The resort has a good location, but the quality of service and attention was very disappointing. My recommendation: **inspect your room carefully before accepting it.** A vacation should help you relax, not leave you more stressed and frustrated.

The place was beautiful and the location can’t be beat. However, we did encounter a problem with the GM blaming us for a situation that was neither our fault or his, but he chose to handle the situation differently than we had expected. In the end we did get moved to different rooms and it was wonderful and all worked out.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Tropical Breeze Resort! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a short getaway. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Even though we only stayed for one night, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider coming back for another stay. Highly recommend for a quick and relaxing getaway!

Great place to stay.

Excellent, the room has everything, you don't need to bring anything. They even give you chairs and beach towels. The only thing is that the beach is about five minutes from the hotel, but you don't realize it because it is just one street and you are there, the best of all is that you are close to all the restaurants, you can leave your car at the hotel and walk and another thing, the beach is not crowded 👍

Good location, cleaning, quiet. Toilet is not working well. No water filling after flush.

Service was horrible. The room had all sheets dirty. I asked for towels and they never brought it. There were no cleaning supplies in the room. When we arrive ( after checkin time) the room was not ready. We had to wait for two hours for it to be ready. About 6 pm. I paid for a resort price and this is definitely not a resort. Will not recommend. The only good thing is that it was close to de beach. Also, in the website it says they provide chairs and umbrellas and that is not true.

Estuve en el Resort hace 4 años, y debo decir que no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento anterior. La habitación estaba extremadamente sucia, la base de una de las camas estaba rota, y el sofá cama también está roto. No creo que los visite en el futuro😞

I really wanted to love this place as it seemed more family friendly than other properties I've stayed at in Siesta Key. Unfortunately they underdelivered on their promises. I called days in advance, messaged the property and followed up regarding cribs upon check-in, but I was still missing a baby crib in my room. I called a few times and staff claimed it was on its way. Finally, at 9 pm the manager admitted they were out of cribs and that my request was JUST a request. I was at Walmart at 10 pm finding a safe sleep option for my infant. The full kitchen is a great amenity, though it is stocked with virtually nothing needed for cooking. No soap in the rooms - not hand soap, not even a bar of soap. We never got housekeeping, though they promise daily housekeeping. We ran out of toilet paper and towels, called several times and it never came. The rooms are updated and nice looking, the pool was warm and the location was great. If you plan to stay here, prepare for it to be apocalyptic after you check in. There is no reliable service or staff to help you with any of your needs.

The service was terrible. Never cleaned our room even after asking. Never brought toilet paper or enough towels. There is mold in the bathroom. Outside pool area is poorly taken care of.
