The staff, starting from reception till everyone else in his amazing hotel. Mr sinan the operation manager makes you feel like you are a member of the family. These guys are the best I have ever seen in turkey. No words to describe how thankful i am to these guys honestly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and be sure this is from now on my unique destination each year for the ski trip Nothing nothing at all, all perfect

Location is great and the hotel building itself is amazing. It totally matches with the mountain soul and is in a great harmony. Entire hotel staff are amazing. They are kind, welcoming and very helpful all the time. Of course foods are delicious as expected. We stayed as family and I would like to express our gratitude to operation manager Sinan and all the staff including but not limited to Ali in the restaurant/bar, Ebru and Enes in the kids club, and all others whom I could not mention here. N/A

The location was perfect! The hotel is right next to the slopes. Beautiful atmosphere, good food, welcoming staff. The kids had a great time skiing with professional instructors, while i did some amazing yoga classes with Elina. Overall we loved our winter vacation and we'll sure return there.

Service people extremely kind, abundant service people around, amazing food, nice ski experience almost zero waiting for all services. İt would be nice to have an all inclusive option for ski lessons, ski rentals etc.. also group ski lessons would be more cost efficient. One should be able to budget full holiday experience in advance.
