the room wasn't that great, no real soap. the matress was tight so my back hurt a bit

Breakfast was delicious and the staff are taking care that food doesn't run out constantly. We loved the simple, but delicious deserts and fruits. The only thing that could be given as a downside for this pricerange is that the room was a bit stuffy, but it was super clean and comfortable.

Enough parking places. Staff is amazing! We changed two rooms: room close to the pool was really nice and it was really quiet and we were able to rest considering the pool was in front; on the last floor room with sea view as well nice! Going to the center of Sarti or beach can be done through magistral (walking on the side) - not so safe and very hot, and through walking path to the beach which was really dark. I know this isn't hotel property, but adding some lights would help their guests to feel safer and see the path.

The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of Mount Athos. The location is ideal because it’s within walking distance of the village, but also very close to the beach and pretty quiet during the night. Good breakfast with more options than usual for a small hotel. The water for showering in the morning was a bit tepid. It would be good to have a bottle of water provided for guests in the room because the tap water is not drinkable. There was no information about allergens for the breakfast options.

I really liked that the balcony was looking at mount Athos and east, every day we saw a beautiful sunrise. I really liked the food variety for breakfast, as it was a buffet. Our room was clean and cleaned every day, which we really liked! The room had a small refrigerator.

Close to the beach. Quite clean. Big balcony. Fine breakfast for two stars. AC. Swimming pool. Very squeaky bed. Room is on the small side. Extremely small shower cabin. No refill of soap and shampoo. Not very talkative staff.

Unfortunately no positive aspect apart from the receptionis very kind and smily Location out of town. Old structure with very cheap and old forniture. Samll room small bed with one side sticked to the wall. Small bathroom. No courtesy light even to read a book. Old linen. No drenage of the airconditioning making a pond on the terrace. No water in the fridge
