The place is isolated from the villages, the house has anything you could think of, also a barbecue (which we didn’t use because it was dirty and rusty). They pool is very very nice. The place is very peaceful, the owner is very kind. The road to get there is a bit difficult, maybe not for every car. The bathroom is for wheelchairs as well, but the result is that it gets flooded at every shower.

Nice calm property. Our children especially enjoyed the pool and whirpool. The staff was very polite and helpful. I also recommend nearby pizza shop run by elderly couple. Sarzana has a very nice old town with plenty of little shops and restaurants.

Property is small and friendly. In a nice quite location with great views. Rooms are of a good standard and hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Nice appartment. we used the appartment as a stop over to our final destination. So there wasn’t much time to explore the surroundings. But the stay was comfortoble and the host is super friendly and even arranged a second baby cot! For little children there is not much to play with outside (no swing, etc.). So if you are looking for a place to stay for a langer period with little children, this might be something to consider.

The location of the appartments is good, but you sure need a car to get to the appartments and in order to explore the area. The pool needs a good chemical treatment. The water was really milky. The kids area could get some manteinance. The place is ok, but the appartments are small for 4 or 5 people. Every appartment should have its own broom. We had to share one with the other apparments. The oven wasnt working properly.

It was a good size. Nice bed. There seemed to be a mould problem in the kitchen. Some pots and pans also had mould on them. Felt like it needed a good proper clean.
