A lovely room located on a beautiful piazza. The balcony was lovely after sunset. Our hostess was delightful - we enjoyed talking to her over breakfast (in perfect English and Italian) She served the best breakfast of our trip, even making us homemade gluten free pastries. What a treat! Nothing

The host’s mother was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The building had great character, the location was right in the historic center, and breakfast was one of the best we had: fresh coffee, pastries, and local touches that made it feel special. Lots of stairs and no elevator, which isn’t ideal after a long walking day with bags.

The most beautiful, immaculate, spectacularly kept room. It seemed newly remodeled. But most wonderful was the couple who served us breakfast and cared for us. They were so sweet! Thank you!! Nothing.

The room was spacious, and well cleaned with a comfortable feeling. It's close to the train station of you're traveling that way, making day trips to Cinque Terre, Pisa, or Genoa easy. For us, we fell in love with Sarzana and there are two fortresses within walking distance of the B&B. We highly recommend staying in this warm and welcoming B&B where you feel like family.

The location was great. The owners were very kind and accommodating, they let us keep our bikes in the hall. The breakfast was delicious and they even had a teapot! Also comfortable bed.
