The bathroom was very small and the shower head was awfully clogged. The breakfast was with minimal choices so I wouldn't suggest paying extra for it.

Convenient location in the center of town, close to the highway if you are on a trip and just look for a stopover. Carpark is handy when travelling with a car full of luggage ! Bathroom in the family room was poor and small, and no heater in winter ! Breakfast is average, we have found better ones in Italy in the same range of hotels.

Large quiet room. Plenty of choice for breakfast There was a notice on the breakfast room saying breakfast was 7 - 9 Tuesday to Friday and 8 to 10 Saturday to Monday. So we were surprised to find the doors locked when we went to breakfast at 8,20 on Saturday. The explanation was simply that only on Sunday was it 8 to 10. However, the incorrect notice remained on the door and we were not offered any refund for not getting a breakfast for which we had paid and when we had been misadvised by the notice.

Check in person asked ahead of time, what time I expect to arrive. Breakfast was fast and very good. The room was the right size not to big or small.

Close to town center. Room was comfortable. Right on a main road and traffic noise was constant until 2:00am. Also lots of loud human interactions at street level. A/C mini split did not work.

Right in the middle of a very charming town, near to the coast yet very authentic Italian atmosfere and quite pleasant and beautiful. Great parking space which is rare in the town. Rooms are a bit very basic, nevertheless all that you need is there, relatively new bathroom, everything clean and functioning well.
