We had a lovely stay there, the location is convenient as it’s calm but close to the city centre at the same time. The owner was really nice and we felt very welcomed. Definitely recommend staying & would happily come back :)

the location was great for our stay the living room is too big for short stay, more room for the bed room would be more appreciated, I understand that the apartment is better for longer rent than just couple of days, there was no coffee machine (except the Turkish one), no garbage bin available, unclean dishes

the location is very close to the city center of Sarzana, it is very quiet and clean, the lady from the accommodation helped us a lot by giving us details of what to visit around the accommodation.

The apartment was quite big and nice with 2 rooms, kitchen, bath room. Situation is a bit far from places like Cinque Terre etc. Rather expensive for a Bed & Breakfast (August).

It is located nearby downtown, out of the main road, but very quiet and silent. in few minute you are in the heart of sarzana. The owner are very kind no complain
