Gil Ulivi is a nice, pittoreque B&B in the rural countryside. The only woman who was working there was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. This was a real deception because on booking.com the pictures and reviews of the restaurant were promising. Because of the isolated location it was impossible - for a walker like me, I walk the Via Francigena- to find a alternative for diner. The B&B seemed “asleep”. The only other 2 guests were also negatively surprised. Was this because of Monday?

Lovely area. Great room overlooking garden. Fantastic dinner, did not have to drive anywhere. Quiet setting. Easy to park. Very friendly hosts and we were well looked after. 10+ Highly recommend. Nothing.

very quiet place and very warm welcome from the landlords. Paula is an excellent cook ! Have dinner there if you can ! we arrived at a time where the weather was very hot and the rooms are not equipped with AC but just a fan.
