We loved the place! Very big, modern, comfortable and clean room. Self check-in/check-out, it was easy and flexible. Giuseppe, our host was fantastic: super good and clear explanations to arrive and check-in. He was very responsive, and super helpful, giving us also great recommendations! There was one available parking place in a secured parking 30 meters away and Giuseppe was also flexible on the usage of the parking. Location is good, walking distance to the city center. Nice simple breakfast in the coffee shop 20 meters away. We loved it here and we definitely recommend if you come to Sassari! Nothing

The property was very clean, the towels were changed everyday. Staff was also understanding and let us delay the checkout . Breakfast was provided by the hotel at a nearby cafe, snacks and drink were also brought in out hotel room daily.

Cleanliness of the room, splendid location close to the city centre, free parking on side of the road. We booked the junior suite for 2 parents and 2 kids (age 10 and 11) and that was a perfect fit. Nothing. Only potential downside for some may be the location on the 4th floor: either you need to take an old (and unreliable?) elevator or you need to climb the stairs :-)

Very clean, comfortable room with a good coffee machine. Giuseppe is very kind, surprise breakfast in the morning is lovely. Bathroom big and shiny. Good mattress in the bed. Nothing.

The host, Giuseppe was very attentive. Every day he asked us what we were missing and he brought it to us in a few minutes. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The included breakfast was more like Italian style but you can ask Giuseppe what you like and he'll bring it for you. Mini bar was included and it was very rich and varied. The apartament is located in a very good and quiet area. You can also eat on a very good Restaurant located very close where you have 10% off because you are accommodated at Album Boutique Rooms.

The room was beautiful and impressive. The bathroom was spatious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was poor and definitely not what we expected (Perhaps because there was a change in the rooms. We were supposed to find things for breakfast in the fridge but we only found soft drinks and water).

on the outside did not look like too much / according to expectations, however a pleasant surprise once we got beyond the front door on the floor where the rented rooms were. Host (Giuseppe) was very pleasant, responsive to texts, croissants brough fresh to the door in the morning! Coffee machine with a good coffee in the room - in ITaly would not expect anything else, but still very nice! was not sure how to get in exactly into the building / late arrival I would have been little confused - but the keys were inside of the room / once we got in. So recommend instructions for getting into the building, the other instructions how to get into rooms were clear thought.

Super clean, modern and organised located in the ‘newer’ part of Sassari with lots of excellent restaurants/supermarkets nearby. Comfortable sleep in an extra large bed. Giuseppe (host) is super efficient and has lots of great suggestions. He is also a foodie and will give you some very local excellent bites for breakfast of very high quality. great coffee machine and kettle in the room along with lovely little bites/drinks. there’s no issue with the property whatsoever but as with all of Sassari/Sardinia parking requires being patient looking for a space…however the area the apartment is located in is free to park (yay!)
