Very walkable to hospital--right down an avenue full of cafes and restaurants and high-end shopping options, and a very upscale grocery store. Felt very safe and our room (the one left was the one with the exterior private bath) had a view of the water. Def a cool apartment that had been made into a B & B. Other bedrooms (we got a peak after guests had left) were much larger and I think had a private bath attached looked really nice. Breakfast was prepackaged stuff, but there were cakes left out to help oneself, etc. Very nice hosts and helped with luggage, etc. and allowed early luggage drop-off. Our exterior bathroom was really nice, with a nice big shower. Liked a lot.

We loved the host Vittorio, he was fantastic. The room we stayed was the cheapest one however it was lovely and had its own balcony. I felt completely at home as we had access to fridge, microwave and a lovely buffet breakfast. Great location as well. I liked everything.

The apartment is spacious and meticulously decorated, with a lovely balcony that overlooks the city. Atmosphere is very cosy and feels like home. It is also at close proximity to shops and the town centre - we got everywhere we needed to easily on foot and it was also safe to travel back to late at night (we walked all the way back from the stadium after a concert and even managed to grab a late-night panino from the bar right downstairs). There was a wide selection of hot beverages and home-made pastries readily available as part of the breakfast selection, which we also enjoyed. Vittorio was a lovely host and very kind! All in all a lovely experience at a very affordable price, would definitely stay again if we return. P.S. The elevators in the building are not meant for the claustrophobic for sure - but then again there are stairs :)

The lovely welcome and friendliness of the host who was very helpful made our stay very pleasant. A great location within walking distance of the beautiful town. Comfortable beds and super clean room. Also the free water and juice were a nice touch, thank you. The balcony was a little small so we did not sit outside.

Well located. Clean, comfortable and very well supplied with breakfast and drink provisions. extremely friendly host.

Great location, Mr. Vittorio is a charm, easy to park nearby (but it is August and Sassari is no tourist location - expect worse in the low season). Additionally, the room really is a huge bedroom plus huge bathroom and a big terrace with a view on Sassari's rooftops. Beautiful. Breakfast had almost no fresh ingredients, although always available and replenished each day. I told Mr. Vittorio that this could be enhanced and he's about to investigate the issue. Fresh bread and croissants would be the cherry on top :-)

In general very good. Close to the center, room size was good and the coffee and tea in the room. The only remark is about the bed size. A bit tight for two persons.

Location is central, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the balcony also spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is good. The owner is nice. If you don't eat their food and don't have long travels to get here in advance, and, If you do speak Italian, and you will be fine. There were literally maggots in the food, which I only noticed after eating them/ meal. I checked after seeing the maggots and confirmed much of the food was way past it's expiration date (back to 2017...). This caused me to be ill (vomiting, very bad stomach after) and made the following days difficult. When I arrived there was no one to let me know and no one was picking on their phones or responding to the hotel buzzer. I arrived during check in hours and at the specific time I indicated in my reservation. This was incredibly frustrating.

Perfect for my needs, the staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

Very large room. Spacious terrace, providing good view of town from 8th floor. Breakfast not what I was expecting. No fresh bread, croissant or fruit. However there was a fruit shop nearby and a local bar to buy fresh croissant.

Nicely decorated. Very clean. Very nice terazza and beautiful bathroom (deluxe room). Cozy common room with water, snacks, and cake. Location perfect. Quiet at night for sleeping. Host very friendly and efficient - check-in, check-out worked very well.
