The staff was pleasant and helpful. It’s dog friendly, another plus, and the large open grounds meant she had room to stretch her legs!!

It took us more than 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up at the front desk ti check in, our cards didn’t work to the pool door, and the shower in our room only had a jet spray so my 7 years old daughter had to wash with a cup because she couldn’t take the spray. When she got out of the shower, the fire alarm went off in our room. I hit her dressed quickly and we went to the front desk. The woman was sitting there watching her phone. The alarm never signaled the fire panel alerting anyone else. I told her I did not really feel safe being there because if there really was a fire, the place would be fully involved before anyone knew. Breakfast in the morning was a joke. No milk for the cereal, coffee wasn’t drinkable, and the variety was non-existent. The waffles were chewy like the mix was old, there were some apples for fruit, but overall, the premade fried(?) eggs were not great and the sausage was disgusting. The room and bathroom were clean and squared away. Some of the clientele were sketchy tweakers and I made sure I parked my vehicle under the window to my room. Will not go back, would rather sleep in my work van with my daughter and shower in a truck stop.

Location to HITS is nice. Other than that, it is being used to house the overflow of the homeless community which was challenging and should have been disclosed.

Don’t get a room on the side of the highway, and the breakfast was a bit late and low end stuff. Otherwise a useful stay

    Horrible

There was a large number of residents who appear to live there - possibly using housing vouchers. The residents with their children spend most of the day in front of the hotel in the parking lot and surrounding areas. They are loud and swear. The police came at 3am to investigate something. I heard from others that this wasn't a unique occurrence. We will NOT stay there again.

The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not believe it should be allowed to advertise as a hotel since it now is a homeless shelter. If I could give negative stars I would.

Good room size A lot of riff raff staying here hitting me up for dollars! I don’t get how they can stay here! A lot look homeless and it’s just the worse stay I’ve ever had! Very disturbing!

It was difficult to check in, a small lobby that was filled with people waiting. In my room, the toilet was backed up, there was a used bar of soap still in the shower. The property outside itself was dirty with garbage, cigarette butts everywhere, and beer cans. I will not stay at this particular location again. Especially for the price of the room that I paid for. The only bright spot was the gentleman at the service counter. It seemed like he was the only one working the entire building.

Awful!!! Don’t stay here there are drug addicts that fight and yell all night. I was scared staying there with kids.

I spent $228 on a room for one night, it was a crack/meth party All night doors slamming loud talking an music in hallways until 4am worst night in a hotel in my life. Very dab experience would not recommend! You rent rooms to groups of local Drug attics to party all night long, slamming doors talking loud playing music in hallways with no respect for anyone else staying there. I should have known when I got there an saw the buss dropping of about 20-25 local attics to party all night! Very bad experience will never recommend or stay at a comfort in again! $228 for a room I could get no rest in!

room is fine. staff is friendly. Amenities is fine but there are too many weirdos customers here. My kids got scary and they don’t want to come back.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Lack of bathroom cleanliness, noisy hallways in the middle of the night, not enough available breakfast food

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

While the hotel is pretty nice, it’s clear they are housing homeless people. These people are slobs and they have no regard for the property, I feel bad for the shorthanded staff they have. We briefly went to the breakfast that was included, regardless of having showers in their rooms, most of them were a mess. We paid 220 bucks to stay at a homeless shelter.

The sheets had stains and the towel had a blood stain on it. It took over 15 minutes for someone to recognize we were trying to check in and there is sign saying they will be back in 10 min all the time. Very not clean and loud.
