Clean room

Habitación amplia y bonitas cómo en la foto. Hotel tranquilo y proceso de check in rápido. Mucho parqueo y el desayuno no mucha variedad pero OK.

Room was okay except barn door in the bathroom was extremely hard to open. Elevator was not working properly. Had to keep pushing the open button to get the door to finally open. Staff was friendly.

When we checked in the girl at the front desk was on the phone. She promptly let us know she was talking to her husband and rushed us through the checkin. The place looked like it was not well maintained. The room seemed clean but had a lot of dust around the room.

I was locked in elevator for 5 minutes

Now, 3 days after we checked out, went home, etc., I have 3 charges pending on the card I used. (Two, which include the fee for the hotel: the amount shown on my receipt, and the $50 temporary charge for incidentals, which I assume will fall off in the next couple of days.) The issue is I have the 3rd charge of a very specific $68.85. After waiting for the property to answer, I'm told it was because of a "glitch in our system this weekend and it processed the $68.85." EXTREMELY interesting and specific. We won't be back

Place is amazing. Location is perfect, staff is great.

So clean and quiet. In a pleasant area. Slept well. The beds were so comfortable

Room was nice. It was quiet.

After start showering, I found out there was no bodywash in the attached to the wall non-see through bottle, too late to call the front office from the shower, had to use a tiny hand wash soap to finish shower. After falling asleep after long drive, and in the middle of the night, around 1 AM, someone used a key card( NOT MINE that was given to me), unlocked the door and trying to get into the room. The only thing saved us was the small metal latch on the door. That woke us up, we startled and yelled, the door was closed. Immediately I call the front office and the person said they had to do some maintenance,,,, blah blah and will be hearing from the manager in the morning. We were so startled and barely slept through the night in fear of possible hotel break in cover up by the hotel, or hotel personal would walk in to the room with the whatever room key in their possesion again. Next morning, Nothing! and no action from the hotel manager neither. When checking out, mentioned it to the front desk clerk and walked off this horrid hotel not to ruin our day. I do not recommend this hotel based on my terrifying stay. I Never ever experienced anything like this from any hotel in my life. I will not return to this hotel but I suggest Hotel manager or owner may need check the CCTV record to get the bottom of this to prevent this horrifying situation happening to the other guests in the future.

Clean and most of all a very quiet hotel room. No road noise.

The rooms were huge, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and had something for everyone. Staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Friendly staff, rich breakfast, free parking. Cleaning can be better. Overall a very good hotel to stay.

Room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and staff promptly refilled items as they ran out.

I really appreciate the idea our room by design did not have carpet.I really dislike smelly carpet.When choosing my stay I thought the lament floor was a misprint in the photo.
