Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah Historic District

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel in Savannah Georgia! The sites near it was alot and very nice! We will book again at this hotel! The staff was nice, breakfast good! 10/10

The room was spacious, clean and just what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location - is great close to the stops for most trolley tours. Great coffee bars around area. Mostly safe. Breakfast- they didn't have tonsils for certain things so beyond oatmeal I avoided everything else, beside 24x 7 coffee bar they have in main lobby. Workout room- you have to go outside to access- makes no sense. Noise level- someone was vacuuming at 6:55 am- I think this is poor etiquette Parking is $35 per day which is a robbery. No onsite laundry for guest

Check in was delayed due to system problems but staff worked to address the issue. Breakfast was okay. We needed extra sheets for the sofa bed and no one answered the phone so we had to go downstairs to ask. Parking is not adjacent to hotel. But good location and spacious room.

The location is great as it is between the historic district with the squares and the water front. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere is relaxed. Free coffee is provided and the parking is convenient.

The room/bathroom/breakfast we’re all pretty good. We had our dog and the issue was walking her outside to do her business. There was no place to take her, no patch of grass that wasn’t overtaken by homeless people. This made our stay difficult and uncomfortable. The hotel is located near some housing projects and the area felt a bit unsafe.

Breakfast was great good choice of food. The air conditioning was very good.

Very limited parking on site, parking garage was $35 a night and had to walk, Not convenient. Hotel was clean and nice. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Great location

We loved the older historic design of this hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were very welcoming. There was a strange/bad smell on the hotel and in our room both nights. This smell was present both nights but wasn’t there during the day.
