Property is located In a good area and hotel staff and inside very clean and everyone we talked to was pleasant

The air conditioning was out, only one elevator working, hair dryer in room not working and asked for a replacement; it never arrived . Staff were not friendly at all.

Loved the area and every clean hotel

It was a nice place but the ac was broken when we were there in late June. We were there for 3 days and it was broken the whole time, the staff said they were waiting on parts to arrive. I would NEVER have stayed there if I'd known. Sleeping was tough. The breakfast was avg. They only offered 2% milk and no nondairy alternatives. Very limited selections as far as food goes. Just seemed very basic. The staff was reasonably nice but not particularly welcoming. They didn't stop homeless people from walking through and getting breakfast. The building looked great, beautiful lobby and eating area. Overall, I'd probably choose somewhere else if I could go back in time.

I really liked the size of both the room and the bathroom in my suite. The room was clean, and all of the towels and bedding were fresh and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions during check-in and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Another highlight was the coffee served throughout the day. I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent it was. Thank you for providing such great coffee—it was truly appreciated. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for your south hospitality. Parking was not included and I paid $35 per night. However, this was reflected when I booked. Pool furniture was ok, expected a bit better quality.

The entire experience was great. Let's start with the location, 15 minutes from the highway in the heart of River street. Plenty of food options and activities. The team at this location was amazing.

    Passable

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The breakfast each morning had a variety of options Perfect location to eat and be on your way. Tree and YoYo were fabulous hostesses. Monique at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Bigger pool towels

The breakfast was very good, and there was plenty of hot water instantly. The only negative was the additional parking fee and we had to park in a parking garage a block away.

Breakfast Ac was peculiar. I didn't know whether we used the thermostat on the wall or the thermostat on the air conditioning device itself. I also wasn't very happy with the notice about tipping

    Clean

Location Poor breakfast selection and hot foods was COLD

Checking in, we were hit with a $35 per day parking charge. We’ve traveled cross country and back on this trip. Nowhere have we been charged to park in a hotel’s lot. As Hilton Honors members, we’ve been given waters at check in and on check out if we request it. Not here. The shower did not have shower gel, which EVERY OTHERHampton Inn we’ve stayed in has provided. The WORST thing was that on a miserably hot and humid day, the thermostat could not be set lower than 68 degrees, which could not keep up with the heat. Again, we’ve been on the road for six weeks. NO OTHER HOTEL HAD SUCH A HIGH LIMIT. The conclusion is that who ever is owning or managing this property is CHEAP AND CARES MORE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE THAN THE GUEST EXPERIENCE! We cannot recommend nor would we stay here again.”.

    Exceptional

Location was close to everything we wanted to see. The ac in the room was super loud. Kept running. When we turned it off the room got musky.

We had such a great stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, friendly staff and in the perfect location. Definitely worth staying!
