The place is very comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The manager helped me a lot.

Sauna was really good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only minus is that I woke up around 6 am. because of loud cleaners just outside my window, and they continued working loudly for some time, couldn't sleep longer.

The staff and the owner were more than kind. Alhaji the owner gave me a free ride in Entebbe and helped me to convert my money. He made sure I secured a place to stay after the place I booked rejected me. He kept in phone contact with me to monitor my progress. Nothing. Need for WiFi access to improve

Staff were very polite and ready to serve anytime! Some of the services that were included in the payment were not available such as wifi, tv in the room not working and no fans when the room was really hot. Being the second time at the venue and having given my verbal feedback last time, I was promised that the wifi was going to be available but that was not the case which was frustrating as we were cut off the rest of the world without connection.

The customer service was great and the owner was so welcoming and very understanding man. The fact that they had the pick and drop services was a great bonus. I would stay here again next time and recommend it. I was just a little displeased with the no wifi services but it was made up through the courtesy shown to us by the wonderful workers at the venue.
