Nice large king bedroom with large bathroom. Nice rooftop bar and nice pool with a good bar selection. Didn't try the restaurant but heard good things. They have bicycles you can use to get around town as well. Off the beaten path but right along the river walk. Only small issues were the room didnt have a full length mirror and wish it had a microwave and more seating as there was only one chair available but room for a chaise at minimum. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Savannah

What I liked was the cleanliness, the amazing river views, the location. What I didn't like, and the reasons for only three stars, are the extra fees in addition to the booking fees. First there was the parking. $53 + taxes day to valet park. Other options like pay $24 to self park in the parking garage across the street and pay additional $24 every time you take your car out or street parking, which good luck with that. Then at check-in I asked if I there was anything else I owed. I was told no. At checkout there was a destination fee of $35 + taxes(40.25) A DAY for wifi, car service, etc. Two night stay went from $583 to $774. It was a very nice stay for the two nights but I don't like all the extra charges.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The room was exceptional. The restaurant on the top floor was very good while we stayed here. We also did the dolphin sightseeing tour and that was really good too.
-
Excellent hotel in a quiet area outside of the tourist district. Still easily accessible to everything in Savannah and the option of using the hotel car service is a great added value.

Nice location
-
50 degrees for the in-room drink refrigerators is not nearly cold enough for anything. I can't be the first person to bring this up.

The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and view amazing. We had a room with a river view and were able to see the ships come and go. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The amenities were wonderful. It was a wonderful trip overall!

-
Very beautiful hotel with friendly professional staff.
-
My only negative is that there is no in-room coffee maker, which is odd...but not a huge deal, but worth noting.

Room was beautiful and spacious. Best shower of our 3 wk roadtrip through the SE. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the location. Having the house car available when going out for dinner was a very nice addition.
-
Amazing hotel, amazing staff and High end products un room. A real 5 star hotel

The atmosphere was quiet and it was nice, very friendly people.I am not talking about staff. I don't like that. There are hidden fees and taxes. They place a hold on your account that is charged $75 a day. Once you live, you know, you get it released. And everything like that, and that's fine. That's at every hotel. But they also charge a destination fee. I don't know what that's for it was a surprise fee for me. I wasn't told about that. I don't like that. There are no trash bins available to dump out your trash and there's no trash bags in the trash bins. In the your room, you're just putting trash inside an empty bin The drinks in the fridge, there's no need to get them. because they're all warm. You might as well go to the store. Get you a small case and use the ice that they have there Why pay $4 for a little tiny warm soda, where you can go get a case yourself. They don't have any light beer. There's no variety there, but there's nowhere. You can get one, that's close by. You don't want to move your car because you don't want to lose your park. Or you probably already paid for an hour or so for the parking spot. So if you move it, you're not guaranteed to get it back and you're already paid for an hour or more. There's no getting that back.
