Beautiful venue, magical in every sense. Thank you to the restaurant for the incredible meals and very thankful that the chefs easily accommodated our vegan dietary restrictions. The bar area was fantastic with everyone giving exemplary service. The spa provided the very best massage I have ever had in my life. It was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed even longer.

Outstanding property!!! I’m a hotel snob and I only seek out the best places. This farm stay truly has a level of quality, service, luxury and comfort that surpassed even the best hotels and resorts that I’ve stayed at. I would return in a heartbeat and wish we didn’t have to leave. It was particularly welcoming for our toddler and a beautiful crib was provided with a real mattress and adorable bedding that matched the bedding on our king size bed! The restaurant was impeccable and the breakfast lived up to its stellar reviews. The private beach club was a lovely touch. The housekeeping service deserves special mention. Everyday our room was thoroughly cleaned top to bottom by multiple maids. It was not just your typical bed making and freshening up, but a full cleaning. The bathroom was also particularly luxurious with many toiletries and comforts provided like bubble bath, facial sponges, foot pumices, slippers, robes, etc. The room had a private garden and outdoor terrace. It was like having our own cottage. The pool area with outdoor bar/restaurant was also very enjoyable. The peace of the landscape and views is unmatched as is the service. I really can’t say enough about the staff. They were friendly, eager to help us plan our days and they loved playing with our baby. We felt right at home and truly wanted to move in forever. Everything was incredible!

The masseria is lovely. It is set amongst centuries-old olive trees with broad views of the Adriatic Sea in the distance. It is a big operation with a greenhouse for garden plants, a small vegetable garden, a full dining room, huge pool, spa, a hot-water pool, steam room, free bicycles, ebikes for rental and a free shuttle service to the beach club. They also can arrange various tours, including a fantastic olive oil tasting experience on a nearby masseria with ten generations of experience. The breakfast buffet might be the best I have ever experienced with homemade yogurt, fresh fruits, cured meats, local cheeses and egg dishes on order - so be sure to book with breakfast included. The evening meals are very good and there are local dishes to choose from. This is a white tablecloth restaurants and the staff are dressed to the nines. This is not a cheap place to stay, but it it will be an unforgettable experience! Having traveled around Puglia and dined in many restaurants, I found the price of wine excessive - easily twice the price of just about anywhere else. With that much said, it's all about the experience. One evening the wine server poured me a glass of rosé without giving me a chance to order the wine of my choice. The rosé was good, but I really wanted a Primativo Rosso. Why?

Let's start with what we liked: - The location is wonderful and the masseria is properly looked after, - Breakfast is amazing with many different choices and very good quality food - The staff is nice and they do whatever is in their power to make sure you are having all that you need. - This is also true at the beach clubs as well, in particular we enjoyed the service, the quiet and restaurant of the Coccaro beach club. - The pool is nice and quiet and very relaxing with a nice kids club, I think especially for families this is a convenient setup where you can really enjoy your time off. - Communication was smooth and never had any issue in signaling or requesting things. - I used SPA service for Manicure and it was great :) - Nice and selected clientele - Location is good to go visit the area around (we had a car but there's also a shuttle service available) Disappointments: - We didn't like to discover that the area outside our room was not private to us as it seemed from the pictures but it was used also by another room to pass through. Having 2 small dogs we were hoping to leave them free to roam in an enclosed space, given the situation we couldn't do it. - The bed was uncomfortable and covered with a topper that constantly moved, I think it was possibly one of the worst bed I have slept in a high-end hotel. - When we booked we didn't see anywhere written that weddings would take place at the masseria during holiday season. This means certain areas can't be used during the wedding (generally going from 19 up to 00:30-01:00) and that noises like loud music and people chanting will be there from the early afternoon (sounding test) until very late. For the money paid, this should not happen and a fruit basket doesn't cut it especially when you're restricting areas for which guests have already paid to use and noises prevents sleeping/resting. - Coccaro Beach Club is a bit small and the sea is often not clear due to presence of kelps, Le Palme beach club was bigger (sea was rough due to strong winds) but it's open to external guests and it's way more noisy: at the restaurant we had to ask multiple times to lower the music because we couldn't listen to each other talk. - In the masseria, plenty of activities are organised, some for free others to be paid and they're expensive but I would say most of them are to ensure the international clientele gets a taste of the local culture so I am not sure how much the Italian clientele might appreciate some of them. - I guess due to the nature of the room (a sort of cellar) the bathroom walls had mold on it closer to the shower and the sink.

Everything was superb except the SPA service SPA is small and does not provide enough services for the hotel category

The restaurant was good enough. The place is probably nicer in summer; we visited in winter. We had problems with hot water (wrong fawcett labeling and long waits before hot water is available) Air conditioning (heating) is behind a wooden grid that prevents it from working properly. The battery of the room phone was completely discharged when we arrived.
