Breakfast in the morning was excellent and great quality, freshly cooked and a perfect start to the day. The location is also a real bonus, with easy access to the Suffolk coast for beaches as well as being a short drive to Framlingham. All in all it was a really pleasant stay and we’d happily return if we’re in the area again. A great spot if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful in the countryside.

Adorable pub. Room was spacious and twin beds very comfortable. Room was also extremely clean. Breakfast was lovely. Location also close enough to the beach and the Sauna Box in Dunwich. Ample parking. Highly recommend this place and delighted we chose it. Very little, if anything, to fault.

A short drive from Minsmere RSPB very quiet location .Restaurant was excellent . We stayed one night ,Our room was very compact only suitable for a single night stay, but it was comfortable .nowhere to hang clothes .

Lovely old 16th Century pub in a quiet location; staff helpful and really friendly and spotlessly clean. Comfortable accommodation; with absolutely no noise. A real retreat; delicious breakfast in the morning. N/A; no issues with any part of the stay.

Lovely well run Inn - well situated to visit Southwold & Aldeburgh, Snape , Sutton Hoo . ( 30 mins) . King Suite. Room was very clean and comfortable and warm , refreshed daily . Food was very good and well presented. Staff are very polite and helpful - has an old fashioned quality of caring for guests . Be nice to visit in Summer aswell and sit in the garden. Would recommend - was a very relaxing stay . Not a big issue but perhaps Bar could be open to guests before 6 pm esp after a long journey.

The accomodation was clean, warm and kept to a very high standard. The food was excellent and well presented. But best of all I was treated as a welcomed guest, not just a number. Neil even remembered my name. I would without hesitation recommend this warm welcoming Inn to any of my clients and friends alike. Nothing
