Absolutely loved this place, the price was excellent and parking was convenient

Simple hotel, but very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean and well supplied. Continental breakfast was good. Fresh coffee and a variety of packaged and fresh baked goods. View of Mt. Vesuvius right off our terrace. Mattresses are thin and not the most comfortable. Our room had only 2 very thin pillows. But we were so tired after touring Pompeii, we were able get some much needed sleep.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are super comfortable and extra clean. Amazing staff. Very good breakfast. Location was perfect for us. I highly recommend it and definetely will go back when returning to Napoli.

Pleasant

Beautiful hotel. Amazing pool with view to Mount Vesuvius. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean. Easy and free parking. Breakfast included. Surrounding neighbourhood doesn't appear to be the best. A bit of a drive from the main tourist area with restaurants. But overall the hotel is amazing so worth the drive. Room next door to us kept smoking. First on arrival and was told off by staff showing us the room. Then continued at other times, including in the middle of the night and the smell came into our room.

Excellent clean and modern rooms and the whole facilities were exceptionally clean and tidy. Really friendly and polite staff. We only had 2 bath towels for 4 people on arrival and when asked for 2 extra they gave us 4 more. Only stayed for 2 nights but while we were out they tidied the room and made the beds. Great value for money. Also 2 bottles of water in the room free of charge stored in a fridge which we kept our own bottles for the next days sight seeing. As harsh as it sounds my bed and pillow was a bit hard haha. That's the only negative about the whole experience. Staff only spoke Italian but that is completely our fault for being standard English tourists expecting others to speak our language. Google translate got us around that slight issue. Too far out to walk to any bars or food but we didn't want or need this anyway.

Was clean and good value for money Given the name Hotel America - the level of English by all staff was really poor. I could speak better Italian than staff, so made check in less straight forward and couldn’t ask for local recommendations. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

The problem was very clean and cozy. The staff were all helpful, although there was a bit of language barrier thankfully Google translator helped me. Overall it is a good hotel. The location was a bit too far especially if you take the train. You have to work extra. You save your coins and take a taxi.

Kindness of the team. Very good cakes for the breakfast !

Hotel America was a lovely oasis near to Pompeii. It is nice and clean, either new or recently refurbished.

Environment - it’s really nice No one speak in English and they were doing some maintenance, last day had issues of water

Nice apartment, clean and cozy. Not the happiest choice for the ones that don’t travel by car. The hotel is about 30 minutes walking from the station and the neighborhood is dirty and almost without sidewalks.

Very satisfied with the bathroom. Fridge in the room. Clean, spacious and cosy room. Helpful Italian staff/receptionist. Pool outside. Moderate and limited breakfast. Location: neighbourhood not so cosy as the room - better use car (not on foot or public transport). My Italian is very poor - so it would be helpful if staff/receptionist would speak more English.

Very good value for money...the room was amazing and very clean also an amazing shower. The pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was limited but absolutely lovely. You need transport to get around.
