San Rocco Hotel

hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Bergame . Par contre pour déposer ses bagages,il faut savoir que la rue pavée est à sens unique et il n'y a pas d'aire de stationnement provisoire devant l'hôtel.D'autre part nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on nous dise qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur alors qu'il existe.

Un hôtel de charme dans une petite ville à coté de Bergame qui permet d'être au calme pour la nuit tout en étant à moins de 15 mn du funiculaire de Bergame pour aller visiter le vieille ville magnifique

It was a nice hotel. Very peaceful place and at night, it is very quiet. There is a self check in option which is also seamless but for the first time it may require additional guidance from the staff. The staff is very cooperative and respond to your request in a timely manner. If you require a taxi, the staff can assist in arranging the taxi which will make your journey from the airport to the hotel very convenient.

Good location in the old part of town. The hotel has great character. The room was cold when I arrived, but it did slowly warm up & I had a good night's sleep.

Nice location. Nice and cozy structure. Silence. Automation on the check-in. Room (serenita’) really cold because the air conditioner was located on top of the sensor so whenever is started immediately he turns off automatically and the room never become worm. The man on the phone was supposed to help me to go in, but it was rude and hasty and i was spending 10 minutes under the rain to trying to open the main door. Anyway…

Kun ilmoitin myöhäisestä sisäänkirjautumisesta etukäteen hotellille, sain hyvät ohjeet ja sisäänpääsy (sovelluksella) onnistui yöllä hyvin.

The receptionist was very helpful with instruction for checking on after hours.

Excellent breakfast variety. Evening meals also available some days and this was very nice too. Parking available but a bit of a climb. A beautiful facility in every way. The staff members were very helpful.

The room was beautiful. The photos do not correspond to the room. the location is bad and the access to the parking lot is bad and poorly signaled. noisy bed even for just sleeping.

Location carina vicino alla struttura non c’è niente, per cui bisogna spostarsi a Bergamo. C’è stata assegnata una camera con bagno per disabili molto scomodo! Sembra fosse l’ultima camera disponibile.. avremmo preferito essere informati!

O Hotel é encantador, super confortável, funcionárias super atenciosas, me ajudaram muito na chegada, pois meu horário de chegar foi super tarde e uma pessoa ficou disponível pra me ajudar quando chegasse. Uma pena so ter ficado 1 noite
