Nothing Room 414 is not as stated in the booking on the website in terms of space 35mtr , it is a side room with a bad view and the reception staff are not cooperative

The view is amazing. Very confused stuff. They asked us 9! times during dinner what our room number was. I speak 5 languages, still could not communicate with the staff. They could get our order right, bringing out the wrong starters, desserts and main courses came at random times. Food was terrible. Vegetarian option was not edible and mashed potatoes were made from powder. We spent 575 euros for one night at the hotel and got a two star experience. Except for the view - it was amazing. Really, really disappointing. I wish we had booked elsewhere. It was a really poor start of our vacation.
