Super nice staff. Rooms that face the street are very noisy. Even if you shut the windows (bad idea in the summer as there is no AC in the rooms) you will still hear any car that passes the hotel uphill to the city center all night long and in particular in the very early morning starting at 4am. We are not talking about some background noise that might be acceptable, it is more like the car is going literally through the room. In the dining room, be aware where you are seated - nice front desks with a view or the one back in the room with no view and artificial light.
