breakfast was great

Underground reserved parking, beautiful outdoor pool and nice indoor one with hot tub. Great variety of food for breakfast. The person at the bar in the afternoon is wonderful and will make your day. Decor could do with some updating. It was 5 of us in the room but we weren't provided enough towels for the pool. The room was clean but the bed sheet had holes and while evident they weren't replaced during the stay. Replacement of empty trays during breakfast is slow with waits of 20+ minutes to get a croissant.

Great location and beautiful views Apartment was nice and big but sofa was worn out and sheets were torn. Indoor pool and hot tub were not warm.

The view was great, and the indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. During our stay in the Family Suite, we found that one sleeping area was part of the main living space (with kitchen and sofa), and the second was a separate bedroom with a bunk bed. We had expected two separate bedrooms, so this layout didn't work well for our family, though it may be fine for others. We felt the sofa bed appeared not thoroughly clean and the trash bin had not been fully emptied before our arrival. The view was great and the pool facilities very nice, but overall the suite didn't fully meet our needs.

The breakfast was excellent, with so many great choices for adults and children. We never dreamed about the amazing view we had from the hotel. The three swimming pools were great; we could use all of them, which kids enjoyed the most. All the staff were friendly and helpful and smiling all the time. We would love to come back and we'll recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautifully situated with amazing views. The breakfast had everything you could hope for and was beautifully prepared. The rooms are spacious and traditionally furnished but could be improved with blinds or shutters. The linen and towels need updating.

Amazing view on Merano valley. Excellent breakfast, with best espresso ever Very nice stuff, especially cleaning ladies. Location relevant to Merano and Bolzano. Free Bus tickets to Merano. Comfortable bed. Excellent parking solution with a car elevator Very varm and plesent indoor pool. Kids indoor pool, amazing and warm. Design of rooms. Kitchen with everything needed inside Weak wifi signal

Hotel Finkennest was a truly family friendly place to stay. Staff was very helpful and facilities great. The room was a small flat and very comfortable with everything you need. Our only regret was not staying longer :)

Nice location with a fantastic view. Nice swimming pool The sofa bed for my kids (13 and 15 yrs) was too small and uncomfortable.

The hotel was excellent in all ways. The outdoor swimming pool with a fantastic view, warm water, very high quality, clean and inviting. The indoor pools for kids and swimmers, very nice! The breakfast room with panoramic views and very delicious choice of food. The coffee machine with nice coffee! The staff was really welcoming and did their best to add to our perfect stay. Our room had a panoramic view to the valley, with Südtirol panorama, just amazing!!!
