Great view from the room balcony. The staff, including the owner, very nice and helpful. The morning shift lady was so nice and with a bright smile made things better. Breakfast was skimpy.

Friendly staff, super clean!, comfortable room, good Wi-Fi, super view, nice pool, good breakfast and nice breakfast view, enough and good parking spots, fair prices with drinks & breakfast - just a really cozy place, where you can feel comfortable in. Highly recommended :) No AC in the room, but also didnt need it

Amazing (probably the best) view of the alps to wake up to and friendly staff. We were advised to visit a beautiful little town with its entire city wall still standing, had no idea such places existed before!

A friendly host, who helped me bringing my luggage to my room. He also told me about a nicer Road trip to my next goal at the Garda Lake. I also liked the breakfast very much, since it consisted of livslang products. I liked everyting!

The staff, they were really nice and kindly helped us with all our needs and questions. Another positive point is the views, the views of the valley were great and you could spend hours enjoying them. Finally we have to talk about the breakfast, it was quite complete with several options to start the day with a smile. The location is a bit far from the center of Meran, making it necessary to use a car or public transportation. Luckily the hotel is close to a bus stop. The room is fine but needs some renovations.

The vista from the balcony was lovely. Had an unexpected swimming pool! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, gave us extra towels for the pool, couldn't do enough for us. Safe and secure on site parking for our motorbikes. Best breakfast of the whole trip. I'd stay here again and really look forward to doing so. Nothing. This was the most enjoyable place we stayed at on our tour round Europe, best out of 8 places we spent the night.
