The location is very nice, the hotel is surrounded with apple gardens. There is a swimming pool inside, and the breakfast was really delicious. You can order eggs on top of the buffet. Everything was fine

Fabulous hotel, warm welcome, good pool and sauna. Breakfast selection was really good, very welcoming to children Small duvet and one and a half pillows for our bed, not being allowed to sit by a window for breakfast. As a one night stay (UK?) guest made to feel second class, so less likely to return

We had a romatic stay at Moserhof. Breakfast was nice and fresh, acenary was amazing. Very relaxing environment. The small room has no shower, but a bathtub with a bery low ceilling, making showering very uncomfortable or impossible.

Small children will not use the swimming pool. For them it's too cold, i guess it was about 28°C. For my wife it was also too cold.. I've used it once after sauna and for an adult male temperature is fine. Sauna is only opened from 14:30 till 18:00 so if you're planning to have a sauna and a swimm after your child goes to bed you'll be disappointed. You'll need to rearrange your day, spend the afternoon in the hotel to do that. We just went to Therme Merano and didn't bother.

Breakfast was great too, everything fresh and of high quality. We usually stay at 5 star places but this stay made me overthink that. Fantastic personal service as well.
