Location was perfect, few minutes from the center of Merano, the room was big, clean and very modern. There is plenty of attractions (Meran 2000, Meran Spa). The parking was a bit small but the area where they should really improve is the restaurant. Breakfast was very limited in terms of available food, there was an automatic coffe machine (very bad). Dinner was excessively slow, due to the fact that each course is served at the same time for all the tables. The variety of food is to be improved, I have been travelling in Süd Tirol in the last 20 years and this was probably the first time I wished I hadn't picked the dinner option.

Very good restaurant in the hotel, tasty dinner and various breakfast. Nice location close to various hiking trails. Friendly staff. Room was big, but not cozy: lots of empty space and a small bed at the same time.
