Great staff, very professional, clean, high quality breakfast, and everything you could ask for. Dog was accepted. The view is stunning — I’d stay in Schenna again instead of Merano. The public bus takes you everywhere and it‘s a bit more quiet compared with Merano itself. Our room didn‘t have an AC. But we also didn’t ask if we could switch to another room as the hotel was pretty booked. Guess this is only an issue during summer.

Amazing food, they have a daily afternoon tea which is free that we didn't know about. There was an outside buffet bbq for dinner which was fantastic with fresh cooked pasta, seafood and loads of veg/salads. The rooms were very large with extra accessories such as toiletries, gowns and slippers. They also provide a tote bag to take down to the pool which was very useful. The view into the valley was beautiful. That we didn't stay longer!

Everything was perfect. The hotel crew is very polite and friendly. The minor issue was the lack of air conditioning in our room. However, was quickly resolved via a ventilator
