Had to change rooms because the shower did not work and the breakfest was way below typical hotel breakfest.
-
Hotel tried to charge me for 3 after they lost power Then argued I stayed even though I checked out at 8am
-
The property is not responsive on booking.

The location, having a pool, jacuzzi tub rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Our room had a a/c unit issue. I will say the whole hotel did not it was just our room. We did not complain because the area we stayed at had just suffered severe storm damage. We were just thankful to have a place to stay that had power. We will stay here again when traveling up that way.

Only the pool was out of order but still enjoyed my stay
-
The room was ok the bathroom was dated and the tub jets were yellow from age the front of the tub was cardboard the wall between the room and the shower was see thru not much privacy. would not book another room again
-
The staff was great The smell in the bedroom was terrible, like paint and cleaning products combined
-
Staff was not only professional but friendly as well. The breakfast was so bland. Adding bacon and boiled eggs would be nice. Only a few available yogurts

Breakfast was good Shower could have been better

Outside the hotel looked seedy tucked in a corner with a bunch of junk cars at its entrance. Hotel inside looked to have had a few updates but didn't smell all that great. The pool was non functional. Our room was very large with a king bed and full size pull out couch however the room felt damp. From the floors and table tops to the sheets and towels. Everything felt wet. The ac made a loud klinking noise all night. The walk in shower was large but the glass doors were filthy and again the bathroom exhaust fan made a large grinding noise. The furniture was chipped and dated. The bed was hard and on a strange platform that squeaked Everytime we moved. The large frig and microwave were nice. The check in person was very kind. The breakfast looked inedible. For almost $300 a night, I would not stay here again. For that price we could find something much better.

Nothing! Booked a room and paid for it. Arrived at the hotel and they said they didn’t receive payment. My credit card statement showed the payment. They wouldn’t give my mom room I already paid for, and asked me to call booking.com. As I was on hold with booking.com I finally spoke with someone about 35 minutes later. They recommended I pay for the room again at the counter and my previous payment will be reimbursed. During that time the hotel already rebooked my room. I had nothing! I was at the front counter the entire time there was no reason to rebook my room. Best Western staff was horrible. I was there, I already paid, and they rebooked my room while I was standing there. That front desk worker was horrible, rude, and didn’t care if I paid or had a place to sleep that night.
-
My only disappointment was the hotel did not have an elevator. Good thing I didn’t bring my 80 year old mother.

It was very dirty

Hotel room was filthy. Floor was so dirty that I had to throw my socks away. Mold in shower. Had two other family members staying in different rooms and they also had issues with cleanliness. Not worth the amount they charge.
