The rooms were clean, but there were a couple things that were broken or stained before we arrived. The state of the outside of the building. Looked run down.

Not far from where I needed to be. Dirty, bedding was so stained and looked like it wasn’t changed for awhile. Found a dead bed bug. Had to go buy bug spray and my own bedding.

The room did not have soap or shampoo. Staff provided soap but no shampoo when requested. Motel charged $--- for the room and charged my credit card $150.00 for deposit. Motel failed to credit my credit card for the $150 deposit (overcharge for room).

That the beds were clean Stayed for only 6 hrs. Bathrooms had stains and bathtub had rust stains. Paid for breakfast and confirmed at the check-in that it was included. No breakfast at 7:30. No one to be found. Had to ring the emergency bell to wake the receptionist up. Have not returned the security deposit $150 USD yet

There was no wash clothes and the housekeeper said they can't give us any because they can't give what they don't have also there was 1 pillow on bed and she gave me 1 flat old pillow and the worst part is the floor was dirty housekeeper said when she's done with all her rooms she will clean it but she never returned

When you book they dont let you know theres a $150 deposit and that if u have card it comes in 7-14 business days BUT THEY SCAM YOU OUT THE $150 IF YOU PAY BY CARD THEY DONT HAVE TAP AND PAY SO THEY ASK IF U WANNA PUT IN THE CARD NUMBERS It’s hard to find the rooms bc it’s not in the same building as check in , it’s in the middle of nowhere they don’t serve breakfast
