Even though the building is older, everything was so clean and the staff was so professional and nice! We really enjoyed our stay and feel safe.

The rooftop was beautiful. The room was very tight. Beds are full size but up against the walls so a second person needs to crawl out of the bottom of the bed. When we checked in they had a power outage no electricity for several hours. Had to use stairwells to room. No AC. No compensation for the inconveniences. The staff handled it all very well but the check in line was out the front doors.

Stayed one night before a cruise. Small boutique hotel with virtually no amenities. It’s close to pier and has a shuttle to cruise ships $10pp which was convenient. Other than that not impressed.

Room was adequate. But my wife has mobility issues and the elevator wasn’t working. They gave us a room on the main floor. Room 117 and anytime someone above flushed the toilet it sounded like Niagara Falls in the room. They must know about that but never mentioned it to us. The drain pipes ran right through the wall beside the bed. So wasn’t a great experience.

The hotel was without power which created issues with check in. Lots of confusion with the check in process. It would of helped if management would of been more active in the process. Staff was doing all they could to accommodate people's needs.

Very clean room. Good central location. There was a four-city block power failure at the time of check in. The staff handled the situation the best they could. I would stay there again.

Great location. Clean room and facilities. Amazing staff. They run out of power during check-in and were great at organizing the check-in and offered champagne as we waited.

The property was conveniently located just 3 blocks from the Space Needle. Unfortunately the hotel lost power for 4 hrs but the staff did everything they could to comfort the guests while waiting for problem to be fixed. The staff carried many large and heavy guest’s bags to the 4, 5 and 6 th floors.

The room was very nice and the staff was friendly but very harried because of some sort of mechanical failure in the building. We ended up lugging our baggage up 5 flights of stairs as the elevators were out until around 8:30 pm that evening. Obviously no AC. Our hallway was dark, had to use our cellphone flashlight. I think they did the best they could with an older building.
