Location is very accessible to supermarket and restaurants.

it was okay for 1 night... nothing great, clean though... the elevators are painfully slow

Staff were great checking us in. Very clean room and quiet. Centered down town close to very good restaurants and shops. Could walk down to the water front stores also. Great start before you embark on a cruise ship or after cruise. We did both before and after cruise. Great time for my wife and I.

The room was nice but what you are really paying for here is the location. From here you can easily walk to concerts, space needle, etc. Is that worth $400 for a single bed with no view? Up to you. The parking was easy, elevators slow, staff very friendly.

It was a great location and very nice place for us to stay.

I stayed in a king room and there is no real bathroom counter to speak of. There is just a 3-inch wide shelf that runs the width of the wall along the sink mirror. While the location of the hotel is good, the room is vastly overpriced for what you get. Also I needed to checked out a a whole day early (I had paid for a 7 night stay) and they would not offer any refund.

Great location especially for good local restaurants and bus routes. Helpful, friendly staff. Amazing view from roof terrace. Comfy beds.

The carpeting is really worn out in the hallways and the wallpaper was being replaced so there was a lot of construction equipment and residue. Our air conditioning didn’t work but I’ll give the hotel big Kudos as they fixed it while we were out for lunch. Also, the staff bent over backwards to help in any way. I would stay here again but hopefully they will have finished the maintenance and maybe replaced the carpeting.

The neighborhood was not great,

The Espresso machine in the room only made that frothy stuff. No regular coffee available. Everything else was top notch.

Nice place. The disclosure of free snacks in the room which was one small serving bag of popcorn was odd. Rooftop is nice but needs a bar and the heaters shouldve been on. Staff was nice, place was clean.
