Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle University District

While there are other hotels nearby, I always prefer to stay here when visiting Seattle. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to UW campus and the Link Station. It is consistently clean, has kitchen and plenty of seating areas downstairs. Breakfast is served daily. Staff are friendly and professional. If staying with a car, they have secure parking for a fee. My only issue during this past stay was the vanity sink draining ever so slowly. Hopefully, they resolved it after we left. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly. Washer left my clothes dirty. Too far for us to walk for food. The area was a little rough.

Good location No availability for a room with 2 beds. The pullout couch was small and uncomfortable. No comforter.

Love that you can fit 4 people (2 adult kids) in one room comfortably. Was there for UW graduation. Convenient location to walk to campus. Complimentary breakfast is really good and a wide selection of foods. Front staff super friendly.

the room was larger than expected. tons of amenities. the morning staff and breakfast were so excellent, but the front desk went out of their way to make my experience exceptional I would change nothing

A young person named September checked us in and she was fabulous! Very nice and gave good restaurant recommendations. I liked where the hotel is located with the different food options and easy to get to the freeway. The breakfast options were great. Fresh fruit and the hot breakfast options were nice. I will definitely book here again

Great staff! Good location. Near many places to eat. Just make sure to check in before your head down to the parking garage to get a pass key. Would stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well organized. The hotel is within walking distance of the entire U district.

The rooms are very well appointed with full kitchen and plenty of space. It's not too far to the University metro stop or the campus. Breakfast is decent and there's more spacious seating options than at a lot of hotels with included breakfast. The fee for the parking, but there is parking on the street if you pay attention to the metered times.
