The carpets in the room smell very bad

Clean room. Not much water pressure in the shower. Good for a brief stay. Was there for a retirement party at Captain Hirams which is in walking distance. However, a shuttle service between the properties since they're owned by CH would be a great idea.

The staff was outstanding! Jerome was just fantastic. He just goes above and beyond to help the guests. We will definitely be back because of the wonderful staff. Breakfast was very good and the staff there were also extremely helpful and cheerful. The pool water is TOO hot! It feels like a very overhead hot tub. It was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the pool.

First room had moldy smell. Room was changed . Next room smelled like cleaning chemicals then it smelled sour which faded with a/c use. When in hall personal asked for a dehumidifier for another room . Bed 's not to comfortable.

Room was nice - clean & tidy, comfortable. Breakfast: Meh. Powdered eggs and watery juice. Ok to get going with, but nothing special.

The pool They didn't have enough breakfast varieties like the waffles maker was completely out that's the first thing I go for no biggie but the stay felt amazing and overall staff was very nice
