Very clean. Beds comfortable. Staff helpful. Wished the kitchen had more cookware, platters and big bowls.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and pet-friendly which was important to me. I was a little disappointed that I did not receive a room facing the golf course which is what I thought I was booking. Otherwise, all-in-all, a very nice stay. Great communication and friendly staff. Look forward to staying again!

Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again!

Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable. That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice. You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry my hair I left it partially wet overnight. Maybe I misread part of the hotel page but I was a surprised that it was just a standard hotel room for the price.

The location and surroundings at this property are wonderful. However, the comfort inside the suite was less than adequate. The HVAC settings are locked and could not be changed. Which was frustrating since I would prefer to sleep at a cooler temperature then the temp during the day. The plumbing also had issues where only hot water came out of the sink and shower fixtures. After talking with the management, they did move us to another studio where we didn't have the water temperature issues and I was able to request a lower HVAC temp. But I still was not able to adjust it myself. The carpet was also dirty and there was a small amount of mold in both showers.

Super spacious room in a beautiful property. You have all tge amenities you may need for your stay. Direct access to a small grass area in front of the room (perfect for our dog). Views of a golf course and the red rocks in the background.

While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it.

The registration process was unconventional and a bit confusing. I understand the intent but it could be improved. Overall, the property is is a bit dated and neglected. It needs an update and a thorough cleaning. Watch out for errant golf balls landing on the patio as you are directly at the end of the driving range. What I liked was it’s ideally situated away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to every thing. It’s quiet. The view is awesome. The AC works great, water pressure excellent. Nice place to relax. Fire pit was nice. BBQ didn’t have a gas cylinder. Wanted to cook some steaks. Johnny Rotten Pizza was really good, live music too. I’d probably stay again.

The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances about this place could be fixed with a better property management company.
