The pool was closed do to algae’s …. We only rent the place for the hot tub. We had been hiking and want to rest on the hot tub. Please return my money. Total refund

Second time staying at this property. The view of the red rocks is amazing. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are clean.

The pool was closed the entire time. My kids were disappointed

Had to call for a room tidy. Ridiculous to pay for parking in the off season. Environment was too “sterile” looking. Not warm and welcoming at all. Paid for a balcony and Mountain View. Mountains were visible ABOVE the building next door. A very obstructed view. Sitting on the balcony made no point. Breakfast was lame but I guess typical. It should be noted that the view is obstructed. It should be noted that there is not a full room clean every day. Paying for parking in an empty lot is egregious. Very disappointing. Expected more from a Westin property.

Pool and laundry were closed which was disappointing. Parking is extra. Super clean and spacious rooms with electric chargers for cars outside. Staff is nice. Comfy beds and everything looked new and updated.

Great location and beautiful property

Very comfortable place to stay and beautiful facilities. Friendly staff and very responsive to requests. This is the second time we have stayed at an Element hotel and it's a bargain for such a nice hotel.

Exceptional

We had a hard travel getting to our hotel once we were there not only were they very accommodating but I wish I could have given more stars for the service and atmosphere that we experienced

Very clean. Breakfast was sparse. No laundry.

Hotel was great and a perfect place to have our pup come along. There was a room issue that seemingly baffled one staff member, but a second handled it like a pro. Upgraded our room and accommodated us in every way. I did not catch his name, but he was an exceptional customer service rep!

I had a wonderful stay here with my kids. The only downside was that I was not able to do laundry because the washer and dryers were broken. But I know that is something that happens. Other than that The stay was awesome. The front desk staff helped me out so much when I wanted to get food delivered.

Breakfast was good

We had a great stay and would stay there again. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is shops and food nearby. Our only complaint is just that the hotel could be so much better with attention to so many small things. I always sanitize a hotel room I’m staying. There was a lot of dust on the desk. There was dirt spots on the back of the door. Walking through the hallway it seemed there were easy to remove visible dirt spots or something white paint would cover. A supervisor needed to just go through and review. The showers weren’t fully cleaned either. Just seems rushed cleaned and a little more attention to detail would go a long way!
