A bit outdated, staff OK but not exceptional, not fully at the standard you normally know from VAYA

Overall ambiance.

Nice room - a little smaller than imagined. Location is a few minutes walk from the center of Seefeld. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff is friendly. In the summer the swimming area can sometimes be noisy. Limited parking places but alternative proposed with public parking.

There wasn’t fan so the air can flow through the room. Also, the parking is limited and so tight and needed an earlier reservation which was my mistake unfortunately. On the other hand, there is parking area so close to the hotel. Finally and the most important thing is that should be a sign or something to show the car entrance because it took me 15 minutes to find it.

Close to train station and central but a bit far from Flixbus. None

Location; facilities. Seefeld is a beautiful town. The breakfast manager; not sure what the deal was but his seating plan did not take into account we were a group of five. Day one, we were seated in the back at a table for five, day two and three we were placed in different areas up front at tables for four (with a fifth place setting added). Was weird since the table we used on day one was unoccupied. When asked about the change, he told us this table will be fine. His attitude was enough to turn the family off of this place.

Beautiful hotel just at the train station of Seefeld. We got an upgrade and the room was amazing. The food at breakfast and dinner was plenty and good. We thought the rooms had Mountain View but it is not the case

Good selection for breakfast and high quality tasty food for dinner. NIce pool. Great rooms.
-
Hotel very comfortable, but didn't appear to have a regular maid service. Some staff friendly, but some not very professional around service. Too hot in the rooms and no maid service
-
Superb hotel in a great location. The food was great and staff were lovely. Facilities were excellent. We’d definitely go back. Rooms got really warm at night but little to fault generally.
-
Dinner and breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very close to the Town centre, Ski bus stop 100m from hotel. The Lounge bar at night was virtually empty with no atmosphere.

Location is brilliant. Beds are comfortable. Food is good however there were a lot more buffers than we had experienced before. Seemed to be a lack of staff. We’ve stayed here 3 times. It will be our last. We stayed once as the hotel Veronika and twice as the Vaya. Veronika put people before profit, Vaya is very much the other way round. Staff we dismissive and rude. They had a new years deal which meant the hotel was fully booked and they focussed heavily on those on the new year package. When the NYE people left, the staff didn’t bother with you as you were there for 7 nights. If you had a concern the first question would be, and when do you check out? seeing how much effort they needed to put into solving the situation We waiting over 2 hours one night for drinks. When I complained I was told the manager was not available to speak to. However, an hour later he was walking round “off duty” They didn’t want to help solve the problem and were arrogant. Extra drinks crept onto our restaurant bills, throughout the week. It was all niggles but the slogan of the hotel is “get the vibes” the vibes we had were undervalued and outcast. Such a shame as it could have been brilliant. It just left a very sour taste and given the price we paid we won’t be back. We’ll return to the Hotel Hochland where (despite it being much more dated) you will be welcomed with open arms and respected.
