- location is on a quiet side street, just a leisurely 5 minute walk from the city center - lots of parking - rooms are well sized - kitchen did not miss anything - sauna! - the views are like the best postcard you can think of Bonus: - try the China Restaurant Asien around the corner. Slightly pricey, but the food is great! - could be a lot of stairs or trips through the elevator, depending on your room

Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Well equipped and modern. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Despite my comments about the view, my interaction with the staff was friendly and supportive throughout the stay. Special thanks to the man at the checkout (I forgot his name) but he was very polite and greeted me with a smile. The view was not to the mountains but it was facing other guests apartments which didn’t offer privacy not allowed enjoying the beautiful mountains view in front of the hotel. I requested in my reservation a room with a good view and highlighted the same by contacting the customer service but still given a room with a view to the other apartments.

Quiet & very helpful staff. Away from center, by walking 10 minutes. No drainage in bathroom for using shattaf.

The size of the property I thought that there will be a place for walking inside the property in green area but there was not

Arrived late at night but not greeted well by “Andre” as he was unprofessional. Next day there was another staff “Jabor” who was very helpful & supportive. only one washing machine available .

The apartment was wonderful, but I have a comment: there is no luggage carrying service, and some apartments are difficult to access due to changes in the elevators. Entering the apartment from outside is tiring, especially since there is no one available to assist you.
