Location, view, polls (4 pools) When moving to our room we've been told that the construction in front (in the property) wouldn't be continued. There was however daytime construction work all time throughout our stay.

Great staff especially Laura Wonderful spa area. First class cuisine that was exceptional . Our room was in need of an update but the East and West wings had newer upgraded rooms. Although our room was older ot was full of charm and warmth.

Beautiful Village Reception staff are extremely rude! I don't know how such 5 star resort will have such front desk employees! Have them trained! They work in hospitality not in a police station! so serious and difficult & unfriendly at all! they make the whole experience unpleasant! It's about dealing, treatment & kindness! not about beautiful buildings with rude staff! I did read this about this place in other websites and didn't pay attention until I faced it with my family!

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable two-night stay at Alpin Resort Sacher, and I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional our experience was. Our small group of girlfriends celebrated a milestone birthday, and this stunning hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the exquisite design, impeccable attention to detail, and the luxurious atmosphere. The decor is opulent and inviting, and the property is immaculately maintained. A special mention must be made of the heavenly scent that fills the air—truly a signature touch. We opted for the half-board package, and every meal was a gastronomic delight. The 5- or 7-course dinners were delicious and beautifully presented, and the wine selection was wonderfully diverse. The cocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had, particularly the Cosmopolitan 1934, which I highly recommend! The evening entertainment was the perfect blend of sophistication and subtlety—ideal for enjoying conversation after dinner. During the day, we explored the hotel’s expansive spa, taking full advantage of its remarkable amenities. The full-body massages were heavenly, and trying cryotherapy was an exhilarating experience. Not many resorts offer such a comprehensive range of treatments. The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Even our housekeeping attendant was kind and friendly, greeting us with birthday wishes. A special thank you to Brandon, our waiter, whose warmth and attentiveness made every meal more enjoyable. For a group of women with discerning tastes, Alpin Resort Sacher truly exceeded our expectations. We give it a resounding 10/10 and will wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for a luxurious, memorable weekend we will treasure forever.

We had an amazing stay! It was great to see that the high standard is being maintained - on cleanliness, attention to detail, staff friendliness and everything else. All our wishes and requests have been fulfilled and everyone was super nice and attentive

Many dogs come. Some barked. Mattress wasn't comfortable. First room no hot water in the shower. Second room the fridge broke and we couldn't stay in room after spa, waiting for them to finish.
