What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful small town in Austria! Loved the breakfast buffet, the pool and spa facilities, and the rooms! Reception staff were excellent! Will definitely visit again!

Loved my stay here! The location is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would gladly stay here again! I just wish there was a spa and breakfast buffet, but overall it was a lovely experience!

Value was more expensive and the trying to charge you for many things

We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The food was generally excellent, though at times it seemed a bit underseasoned or made with lower-quality ingredients—some meals were fantastic, while others felt lackluster. However, the Friday buffet was a standout highlight—delicious and well-presented. The hotel boasts a beautiful view from the balcony and is perfectly situated in a stunning, convenient location. There were a few issues during our stay. The cleaning staff once left our room door unlocked after servicing it, even though we were inside afterward, and no one came to check or secure it. Additionally, the main electricity switch in the room kept tripping the breaker. Each time we returned to the room, we had to call reception to have it reset. Sometimes it took over 20 minutes, leaving us without light for quite a while. Temperature control was also a challenge—the room had no thermostat or proper system to adjust the heat, so we had to rely on opening windows, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The spa area felt too small considering the number of guests; it quickly became crowded.

The standard of all the meals was outstanding. Full credit to the chef. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff and the amenities - they had a nice swimming pool and good breakfast. It seemed more like a Seefeld thing but none of the hotels had any AC. Would have been nice to at least have a fan as it does hot during the day.

Very good

Very nice room decorated with taste, view on the village and surrounding mountains, good quality spa, excellent food and service both for breakfast and dinner.
-
Location with lovely views, staff all friendly and efficient, great food and the swimming pool. If I had to say something the room was a bit dated apart from the bathroom but it was still great!

There was really dry air in the room. We could hear noise from the corridor.

The breakfast buffet was very nice. The room was also very nice. The pool area and sauna were also very nice. Both the dinner buffet and half board options were outrageously expensive, (€59 per person) and there were no other dining options available. The pool closes at either 7 or 730pm, which is very early. The sauna and steam room do not open until 2 pm. In short there was very little to do on the premises. If you plan on trekking into town for activities, it's fine, but if you're planning on staying on the premises, be prepared to have to wait for things to open or sit in your room. Also be prepared to spend €118 per couple for dinner.

Comfortable beds. Good quality food served in the restaurant. Most staff are very accommodating. Especially Stella on reception and our waitress; lovely people. Hotel is set in a peaceful and scenic location. They also offer complimentary e-bikes! Rooms are looking tired and need an update (we stayed in a deluxe double room). Linens and towels need updating as well.

The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful, the design of the hotel is a perfect match for the alpine ambiente and the food service was extremely good! The hotel is a bit further away from the Rosshütte ski area.
