The SPA The was very old and extremely small, it didn’t even have a fridge and they didn’t offer a complimentary water !

Very nice hotel, with super food and friendly staff. You need to connect the Wifi every time new, but honestly the place is to nice to be on your phone or laptop:)

Great location: not right in the busy centre but a short 5 minute walk away. Super convenient for the train. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful area. Sitting by one of the two outside pools with the mountains all around is a dream! Everything is there for you: bathrobes and towels for the pools, the rooms are well equipped with a small fridge, sofa area, bath and shower and also a balcony. My view was a bit disappointing but the room itself was huge, super clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is fab with just everything you could wish for. The Bircher Müsli is so delicious. My room was on the ground floor between reception and the bar so it got loud in the evening as there is live music in the evenings (not every night) so I didn’t sleep so well. Having a specific table assigned to sit at for breakfast I find a little dated. I would’ve liked to have been able to choose. The breakfast staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Breakfast buffet was correct, not amazing ! For dinner, unfortunately no nice relaxing atmosphere ! Location is great, spa & wellness areas are beautiful, outside natural pond unique! And there’s free bike rental ! Nice bar area! No AC in rooms! Restaurant / breakfast room: absence of cozy relaxing atmosphere. Live music performances at the bar area are pretty poor - please improve !

The room is close to the kitchen and the restaurant. Noise in the morning and evening. I could not sleep in the morning because of the inconvenience in the kitchen and restaurant, and the view of the room is on the restaurant store ?
