Felt luxurious comfortable and clean. Very upscale of the hotel and the neighborhood

Location and parking Very very dirty, i dont know when was the dust cleaned before, looks like a years ago. Door and windows not closing enough so it was cold at night. Breakfast very very basic. For that price its a total disappointment...

Hotel at the bus stop. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. 15 min walk to the ski slope. Uncomfortable mattresses.

We liked the location of the property, 10 minutes walk from the station. It appears as if the hotel ran out of money and was bought up by someone with the intention or rebuilding. Many of the facilities weren’t available, some things were broken and a bit run down. Shower heads with insulation tape on. Broken doorknobs

Very poor

People were all friendly and breakfast was typical European with a nice selection of meats, cheeses breads and eggs. Hotel needs updating badly- all shower heads and the toilet leaked. The soap dispensers were both broken. The shower head would not stay up. The bed slats were broken causing the already torn mattress to sag. Light bulbs in the room were missing. Coffee at breakfast was not good.

The staff at this hotel really go above and beyond when it comes to service. A really nice, friendly team. This hotel is good value for money as well. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours quite easily. The breakfast was okay, nothing majorly fancy, I started brining in my own stuff from the supermarket as I'm not a fan of breakfast cereals and store-bought brioche. No fresh fruit but staff regularly refilled the buffet so you were never running low on what options were there.

Yo, the coffee they serve at breakfast here is weak. It's like they just added a splash of coffee to a bucket of water. They seriously need to upgrade their coffee game. They should invest in a decent coffee machine.

The apartment was huge for 3-4 people with a nice view of the mountains. The rooms were located in a floor that can be reached only by a couple of lifts and not convenient. The cost could have been lower.

Room with big space, clean and comfortable

Breakfast was very basic. Location of the hotel was good, 5 minutes walk from the Seefeld centre. The hotel in general and the room in particular was dated. Lights and furnitures broken or not working. Toilet was good size, but very dated. The rooms were not very clean, cobwebs and dust.
