I didn't like anything my first room nothin worked they switched me and the second room the tub has a big crack in it and they also robbed me for one night of stay I'm not satisfied at all

They need to have a deeper cleaning service because the room definitely needs to be swept, mopped and vacuumed before they rent them to people.

Firstly, I wasnt expecting much since it is a Motel 6. It was close to the stadium for our concert, so I went with it. The first smell walking in the door is of cigarettes. On check in, I asked if they had a different location closer to the airport for our last night so we wouldn't have to drive as far.

The staff was friendly but the room had been cleaned but needed It appeared that the staff that cleaned the room was loosing hair in the room. There was long black hair in bathroom floor and on bedding. Housekeeper was seen and she did not have her hair pulled back. On my final night there was no hot water. The desk staff made a note of the issue. At check out the desk staff stated that the boiler had gone out and someone was coming to repair it, he also discounted by room. Overall it was not terrible

Hot water in shower ran all night steamed out the room made it so damp the floor was moist and the ceiling was dripping, gross

Roaches and cigarette burn marks in your bed and will send you through hoops for a refund. Won’t even offer a room switch either. Buyer beware.

No fridge, no ironing, no closet, no microwave and the room wasn't clean.

Large size room and strong air conditioning

There was no luggage cart in the lobby, so I dragged my cooler (no mini fridge) to my room down the communal hallway on the rug that looked as if it hadn't been swept in weeks. There were bits and pieces of debris and what looked like a milkshake spilled and dried into the rug. Our room had a light that didn't work, and the smoke alarm battery kept beeping with no one available to fix it. The bathroom mirror was spotted, streaky, and dirty. There was no tissue box, and there was water all over the bathroom counter, which made me look up to see if there was a leak in the ceiling. The hotel clerk moved us to another room, which was no better. It smelled like mildew from the air conditioner, and the floors had food crumbs and were sticky.

The shower wasn’t working.

Everything was a great experience !!

Suitable for a few nights of stay. Lights don’t perform that well but nothing of the room that dissatisfied me.

There was foreign hair in the bed there was no hot water the first room they gave me dint even have a door latch for security. Even the 10% discount offered is not enough to rectify the experience

The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. However, the property was not as clean as I expected. The room and bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, the stay was okay, but cleanliness needs improvement.

As soon as we entered the room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bed sheets had holes and multiple brown stains, making us feel uncomfortable about sleeping in them. The bathroom was also visibly dirty, with stains on the toilet and other surfaces that should have been cleaned before new guests checked in. A clean room is one of the most basic expectations when paying for a place to stay, and this room fell far short of that. Because the room was in such poor condition, we had to spend over $75 out of our own pocket on cleaning supplies just so we could sanitize the room enough to feel comfortable staying there. This was especially frustrating because we were already traveling on a budget. Guests should never have to purchase cleaning products and clean their own room after checking in. Another major issue was the hot water. For most of our stay, the shower never got warm, making it difficult to shower after long days away from the motel. Having reliable hot water is another basic amenity that should be available to every guest. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, stained bedding, dirty bathroom, and inconsistent hot water made this a very unpleasant stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because future guests deserve clean accommodations without having to clean the room.

The property was unsafe, bed had multiple bodily fluid stains, hair all over the bathroom and on top of it they are advertising rooms that they don’t even have you think you’re getting a nice bright clean room when actually you’re stepping into a dark wet disgusting room we left immediately. I’ve reported this located to the health department because it was genuinely that disgusting. I would have been better off sleeping in my car than in this motel.

Tile in shower were cracked. Room was clean. Price was what drew us in. Had a tv, a/c it was alright.

Please don’t stay at this place. It’s extremely dirty and super unclean

This property was disgusting!!!! I will never ever stay at a motel 6 ever again. I stayed here because it was last minute and we had no choice. The staff was not helpful. The room felt dirty. There was someone’s soap in the bathtub. There was hair. There were stains on the floors and carpet. The top cover on the bed was stained with what looked like dry blood. It was really terrible.
