Mellow Blue Hotel

We had no issues about anything. Mustafa made our stay even more comfortable with his approach. On breakfast you can eat really good, especially if you are eating everything (such as eggs, dairy , like usually in Turkey). Everything was fresh. And prepared daily in the morning. Garden has place to sit and chill. Near by you can find everything. This area is touristic, so in this area music is allowed until 1am. With close windows it didn’t really bother us. But it’s about this area in general. All bars , places has live music mostly. For us this also was not a problem. Around you can find nice small shops, food. All what you want. Cleaning was good. Shampoo, gels everything they were providing. We liked! If we come Izmir again, we will stay in the same place , most probably. We felt already like home during our stay. Because environment was really friendly. Specially thanks to Mustafa! We didn’t really have something

Ver clean, contemporary styled room. Would have been nice to enjoy a cup of perked coffee with breakfast.

Mustafa was a great host and was always willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town which is lovely but can be noisy as there is always something going on in the evening. We came at the end of the season so it was quieter, but I would imagine it can get quite busy.

We enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful, but could have been even better with the options of coffee and juice. The service we got from Mustafa was excellent at the check-in and during the other days at breakfast. He would ask how we would like our eggs, which was a nice touch. The garden was lovely and nicely designed. We had a balcony room, and it was a beautiful space, especially at night, to relax. The room was quite small for two people as the bed was very big for the room size. The staircase was quite steep on the turn, although Mustafa was very happy to help with the luggage.

Location The hotel is new and well furnished The garden is very cozy , green and comfortable 2. The breakfast is a bit poor. We were 4 people but they gave us less breakfast, about for 2. We always asked for something, butter, cheese, cream. In the next day they considered this 1. In the rooms internet connection does not work properly

It is absolutely a great hotel, right in the nicest old town. If you are looking for colorful and cozy houses, a modern marina and a bazaar where you can buy delicious food, souvenirs, natural products and jewelry. You are definitely in the right place. Breakfast was included in the hotel, very fast service, friendly and you could enjoy all types of typical Turkish fillings. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Ms Nur ☺️

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the garden is beautifully maintained, providing a lovely place to relax. The hotel has also a pleasant fragrance in the hall and in the room. The staff were very nice and accommodating and good breakfast served kindly in the garden and the hotel itself is quite new, which is always a plus. However, I felt that the price was not in line with the type of room offered. For example the bedside lamp was not working, the sink was unstable, the faucet didn’t fit properly in the sink making it difficult to close easily. There were also small ants on the floor. I am aware that these are not big issues but I am just reporting these to justify my review. Overall, a good stay but the cost could be better matched to the room quality, considering also the average prices in the region.

Great location inside the old city walls. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast in the garden. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by and a lovely short walk to the marina to have fish by the sea... Noisy at night with music from the bars and restaurants - but we just joined in rather than sleep!

The room was sparkling clean with high quality sheets. New air conditioning system very silent and efficient. Turkish breakfast fresh and omelette prepared on the spot Difficult to find with google by car. Better to park the car on the street and walk there.

The hotel is just in the hearth of ancient castle region; it has a huge garden where you relax and drink your cocktails. The breakfast was perfect?And; the personnel is always there to help you for anything you need. Its a family owned hotel and the owners are so helpful. The rooms are well designed and large enough. I fell in love with Sığacık first and then the hotel. I think it is the only hotel in this area with a garden of this size and beauty, very close to the Castle, it is an ideal place to spend time in pristine, joy and peace. Our room had a kitchen, a single pull-out bed was provided for our son, and it was very comfortable, in a space separated by a separator. Our room was small but adequate, tastefully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was large and comfortable compared to the room. You can have your breakfast in the open area in the garden or in the area planned as a closed winter garden, we were greeted with delicious and satisfying plates. The staff were concerned, smiling, measured, helpful. During breakfast, they realize that your tea is finished before you do. You can get help about places to visit and tastes in the surrounding area. It was a short but very enjoyable holiday.
