The proximity to all my venues I-75 and I-4 were fantastic! Sheets were a bit dated and light stains.

Once we checked in, we were told by the front desk attendant that we had "15 minutes" to check out our room and see if it was satisfactory to stay in or not. If we stayed in the room for 30-60 minutes, we would be charged. We looked at the first room (1 King size bed, which was our preference). However, my husband found mold behind the bathroom door, so we moved from this room. Next we looked at second room, but there were issues with that room. We were finally taken to a third room (with 2 Queen size beds) and this was not as bad, so we moved into this room. However, the front desk attendant told us that he would have to charge us an additional $15 because there were two beds and the hotel staff would have to work harder/longer to clean. My husband had a few things to say to the attendant and he backed off and did not charge us the additional $15 fee. In this third room, I would not use the tub because it was dirty and dingy looking. Also, the hallways were heavily stained and unsanitary looking. The elevator was extremely dirty and needed to be swept out. The entire motel was like a "ghost town", yet the front desk attendant informed me they were "FULL" and there were no available rooms on the first floor for us and our two little dogs. I later found out, this was not true. Discarded furniture was piled up in the dumpster at the side of the motel as they renovate the entire bldg. Nice staff, but, I would definitely NOT stay here again. VERY dissatisfied.

Nothings Was under construction elevator was dirty, filled with construction debris. People were outside gathering smoking marijuana. I was the only guest was not ready to be accepting guest.

Hallway carpets are stained and dirty. Outlet cover missing in room.

The bedsheets had stains all over.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling and the shower wouldn’t stop leaking either so the bathroom floor was covered in water. The bathroom door was damaged by the water and also had mold on it. The bedsheets had stains all over.

1. The hotel was under renovation. The 3rd floor hallway was full of furnitures and other staff and the floor was dirty. 2. Breakfast time was until 9:30am. We got there 10 minutes to 9:00am, but only 1 pc of sausage left besides the cold cereals. We could not make waffle because no dough left. The lady coming after us had only the cereals and coffee. Nobody was there to monitor and fill up the empty dishes.

Stains on all chairs in room. Hot water didnt work at sink. Room/hotel smelled like it had been closed for a while. Mildew in shower. I stayed here about 5 years ago and it was great, this visit the hotel is not up to the standard it was. Very disappointed!!

They might be new at running a hotel, but all the stuff for renovations is in the lobby and they do not clean your room( bring clean towels,) The room was very stuffy, the couch, tables and dressers have not been pulled out and cleaned behind in what looked like years. The furniture was old and broke there was a car air freshener in there for the odor. The night desk person is never to be found. I would not eat the breakfast there. They let homeless people sit out on the gazebo right out front with all there stuff. I do not recommend this plase until they figure out how to get their stuff together.

The room had a broken door on the bathroom. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the tub. Paid for a suite, it had no seating surface in the suite area. I should have known something was wrong when I pulled in at 6:30pm and I was the only one there. I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Free Breakfast was good. It was near a 24 hour truck stop gas station which is very convenient for gas & snacks. Close to everything and right by an express way entrance/exit making it easy to get around. A quick 30 minute teip to the airport. Rooms had everything needed. You didn't need to pay until you arrived and you didn't need to give them a card, so technically you could cancel at anytime. The price was exceptionally affordable especially when most other hotels were ridiculously inflating prices due to popular concerts in town. I would book again due to this value. The pictures online were deceiving but I had read some unfavorable reviews online so I was prepared for something unexpected. When you approach the hotel its from the back, which did look a bit scary at night, but the front had a gazebo, trees, & colorful lights which made it more inviting. You didn't need to pay in advance so I was nervous that something would go wrong like they would be over booked & wouldn't honor my reservation (but this didn't happen). The facilities were clean but on the older side side.

The AC unit was barely blowing. The mini fridge was barely working. The toilet ran the whole time. The tub would fill up with water while showering, with the drain open, and the floors were so dirty that we had to wash our feet before getting into bed. We got two towels for four guests

This was my first time staying here. I will definitely come back. They’re in the process of renovating all the rooms the outside of the properties very nice. The inside is very nice and clean. The pool was great. The staff was excellent. The continental breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

Seemed as if new ownership just took place. Didn’t look open until we walked in. We were one of two cars in the parking lot. First room, the ac wasn’t working. Second room was ok. The gal on duty was sweet and accommodating. It certainly could use a good amount of updating. There was a living room area that had a desk, one desk chair and a tv. There wasn’t a couch, love seat or lounging chair. Seemed odd. Also, the hotel is right next to a semi truck stop. It was pretty loud in the morning. The bed was comfortable.
