NH Milano 2 Residence

Location. I needed to have the accommodation in this area and found the NH Milano 2 Residence in perfect location for us. The furniture needs to be replaced due to aging. For the rest, it was very good.

This is in a safe and quiet location in Milano 2. It is an taxi ride to the city center but can relax here. The staff are always helpful and speak good English. We have stayed here before! The carpet could use some updating but it's not too bad.

No water for drink and no tissue also the air condition is too bad

Location is too complicated. Two different addresses mentioned, on booking.com and website. Neither the GPS nor Google maps found the place. People do the check-in in a different building and have to walk to where they have to stay.

Very confusing location. Different address than the one given. We had to do a treasure hunt to discover where to check in. Then after check in had to drive to another building with no signages. Disaster when you arrive tired at night!

Nothing Where do I start? It’s an old beat up place that is in DIRE need of refurbishing. Peeling walls, peeling furniture, dirty carpets, the towels had 2, not 1 but 2!!! holes in them, shower head impossible to adjust hight for, broken shower liquid bottle, the sink was that he most disgusting yellow around the sinkhole which could’ve been white 10 years ago but now it’s just yellow water marks with some white where the water has not reached, and the absolute worst part is no taxi driver could find the place. We spent €10 in front of the other NH Hotel with the driver running in asking the concierge where the Residence is and the staff there bird the most unhelpful with directions. We are not Italians but the driver was 100% Italian and he was the one asking where the Residence was and STILL they didn’t explain where to drive. We went round and round at 11 at night looking for it!!! The address on the paper that the room key came with was the address of the other hotel NOT the Residence! So frustrating so unnecessary such bad disregard of your guests! I cannot emphasise how derelict this place is. NO ONE should pay to stay there , not even for free, let along almost €200 per night. We travel extensively but we have NEVER stayed at a worst more unclean disgusting place as this was. Disturbing and I don’t understand how on earth they passed the health inspection! Ahhh and there were mosquitoes everywhere and at 5 AM I counted 4 on the ceiling so bitten and buzzed all night on top of everything else. Even if you pay people they should not be punished to stay there!!!

The lake nearby. In the room there is kitchen . 5 mins walk to supermarket. 10 mins walk to the hospital. Bus stop infront of the hotel The time of check- in is late at 3 pm. The lady from the reception was so kind to make us check-in 1 hour earlier, but the normal time is 3 which i find is so late
